1-Avoid unless you like the idea of the food someone else touched and bit being resold to you (The details: for the hundredth time, once I took a bite of my meal, I realized it was the opposite of what I’d ordered-when I called back to ask them to rectify the problem, they grudgingly admitted it was their error and sent a delivery person with a replacement. Upon arriving and looking at the giant sandwich missing a tiny bite, the driver angrily said “You took a bite! How are we going to sell this to someone else?!” I was stunned! I replied “You would sell food that I touched and did god knows what else with to an unsuspecting, paying customer? What if I loaded it with COVID, broken glass, and bodily fluids?!”. Apparently, it’s a risk they’re willing to take. 2-Avoid unless you like being treated like garbage by a business that always had your undeserved loyalty. (Details: In spite of less than stellar food, and even lesser politeness from the staff, I used to order from them several times a week, because they are the only restaurant with all night delivery that doesn’t use Uber Eats. So, one night, after having known me as a regular client for a year, when the delivery person arrived, the card reader didn’t work. I tried to find cash and found $23 and not the $25.50 needed. I live reasonably close and offered to bring the missing change the next morning. The driver, the people who answer the phone, and finally the manager all said “too bad!”. They preferred to throw the food out rather than to allow a loyal customer and generous tipper to enjoy a meal. I guess they were excited to resell the meal to someone who might order it a few hours later. The cook could simply reheat it under his armpit…. Seriously, avoid unless you like eating other peoples’ leftovers. Oh yeah….they’re racists and antisemites. I’ve heard them making nasty slur-filled comments regarding Blacks and Jews on...
Read moreOMG North Americans, how come you can say food here is delicious! LOL, where are your standards!, man I went there with friends for dinner near 9:30PM, first I asked to be seated in a place that looked cool, the ladies were not friendly at all as they actually said no because they wanted to clean, there were people just next, I insisted and finally they said yes. it's like when people hate you, at least they tell you, but when they just do not care about you as a customer is even worse!, that's this place. Well then the menu is just your average North American hamburgers+fries+pizza and some pasta stuff, Ok that's fine I didn't expected nothing more sophisticated as long as it's well cooked I was fine, that wasn't the case, the spaghetti was not properly made, the salad looked REALLY OLD, the Sangria was way below average and everything looked really cheap but the prices weren't as cheap as they could be for a place like this. The 2 stars are just for the cool decos.. Tip of the cake, we asked if we could have some MIAMI Style music, I mean, anything more tropical/latin OR FUN to be coherent with the theme of your place they just said ¨no, it's not possible¨, and in the radio there was this boring 80s Quebec rock, like maaaan you can make a better effort for a place like this. There are far better options in Montreal if you want to eat well and have a cool experience where they treat you...
