The quality of service has been declining and it just hit an all time low. When we were seated, the edges of the table were sticky. The waitress seemed annoyed that I asked for the table to be cleaned and her answer was "It happends". The table was not entirely set. (Utensils missing and such)

We get to the salad bar, all the bowls are dirty, and I mean dirty. Not just a little, more like a huge smear of guacamole on few and reddish sauce residu on others. The whole stack was dirty. Fast forward about 5-10 min later, another stack of bowl, all dirty in the same manner. Twice did they have to return the stack of bowls to get them rewash.

Never did anyone (manager nor waiter) appologise for the dishes nor the sticky table

The guests at the table besides ours were leaving as we got seated, it took over 10 minutes for the table to be bussed and another 10 minutes for the table to be wiped cleaned and there again, some food (piece of ham or bacon) remained on one edge on the table.

At least half the restaurant was empty when we went there and by not means were they in rush mode. The service was just horrendus. The waitress could not even look at us when she came to ask us if we needed anything, she was looking at other tables. Never did we get our water refilled, both our glasses were empty.

It was just a disaster of a evening. Never was I so dissapointed both in service and in overall restaurant performance.

On a positive note, the ribs and chicken tenders are always good but the experience was so bad that I highly doubt we will ever...

Our small group of 3 had lunch here on Sunday Dec 22, 2024 around 1pm. There was lots of room, despite this being the holiday period, and there were a couple tables of groups as well.

We used to come to this Scores all the time before the pandemic but since they closed down the salad bar, we kind of forgot about it. I am SO happy the salad bar is back and included with chicken/rib options like it was in the past. The price is a lot higher than previously but that is the be expected.

Food quality and selection at the bar is still consistent. Everything felt fresh and delicious. There were 2 types of soups to choose from, lots of salad toppings and fruits. I really like that you can make a hearty salad with unique ingredients like chickpeas, beans, couscous, cheese etc.

I find Scores to be the perfect place for families and groups - it is a sure crowd pleaser and even picky eaters can enjoy something. There is a mix of tables and booths, comfortable seating, great location with plentiful parking. What's not to like.

Went there for lunch with my employees today. I brought to the attention of the manager that all, 100% of his plates were dirty. He answered he was aware as he had removed them all when he got to work. I invited him to look at them again as he obviously didn't make it a priority to ensure it wasn't still the case and proceeded to tell him that I was stunned and disgusted that we all ate in dirty dishes. He went to look and removed them all after seeing it was true. Apologised and said he hopes we'll be back. Just like that as if it was no big deal. The lady brought me the bill...entire bill no discount and never came back. I had to take it to the front to get the manager to let us out. Worst experience ever. They will never see me or any of my coworkers again. Only wish I could...
