Been ordering from here for 20+ years likely over 150+ order and have seen the quality of the food fall drastically but still continued ordering from them because would rather support something local. But they repaid me by completely forgetting an order until I called back an hour and half later, then put me on hold until a guy just comes on the phones screams "ITS ON ITS WAY!" and hangs up. When I call back to cancel the apparent owners daughter tells me I'm a valued customer and my next order with get 50% rebate. Call back and order and they completely forgot about the whole thing, I guess no notes on file and tell me no we offered 15% and laughs at the 50%. So they didn't even give a credit on the order they messed up with but think 15% is enough for being rude insulting and having lower quality food. No thank you I will...

Do yourself a favor and come dine at this cozy little restaurant! My wife and I went here this evening, and our service was incredible. The staff truly cares about your experience. They were warm and inviting, as well as very social. They made us feel right at home, as if we've known them for years. The food is delicious. We had the Capricciosa pizzas, with some Caesar salad entrees, and finished it off with an espresso and chocolate cake. We have gotten this pizza for takeout before, and it was our favorite, but there was just something about enjoying it fresh out of the oven inside the restaurant. The price was quite reasonable for what we had. We can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vincent's to friends and family. Keep up the good...

Pizza delivered and paid for, looked like someone already started eating it. Since we were not going to eat it, we called to complain and they sent another one. We were all expecting the same size pizza but they sent us a smaller one. We sent both pizzas back (wasted money) and ended up going to McDonalds.

A week later chef sent a driver with a $25 certificate (i spent over $30 that day) but still accusing us. We ordered from there at least 2-3 a week for last couple of years and this is the thank you we got. I found the $25 gift certificate to be an insult and refused it.
