Was excited to hear Rubs was opening in the old smoke box location since I’m a big fan of the one in Laval but I’m pretty sure this is the same garbage bbq that smoke box produced. To start service at the cash was ridiculously bad but it could have been her first week or something, she wasn’t rude or anything just a little lost and not helpful at all. I spent 50 bucks on a half a rack of ribs and two pieces of brisket. I asked for some extra rib sauce on the side but didn’t get it. I took it to go and live 5 mins from the location. Almost no coleslaw detected.

We decided to get a Texas Platter, since that would enable us to try small portions of everything (pulled pork, St Louis ribs, smoked chicken and smoked sausage). Unfortunately the 2 ribs we received were hard and inedible., with barely any meat on them. Our takeout box was filled with fries, but they were processed. The smoked chicken was smoky flavored , and the pulled pork was tender. The sausage was halved and grilled, and had a nice spicy bite. Can't really say if...
