Sushi 4 Saisons — Restaurant in Montreal

I would avoid this place if you want real sushi. I ordered some spicy tuna rolls. There was very little in spice. There was supposed to be green onion in the roll however when I asked they told me that it was in the sauce (which was not existant anyways, they kind of made that up). I also ordered the 16 piece sashimi set which looked good in the photo on the menu but what was served was a joke. Sashimi is supposed to be thinly sliced raw fish. Of the 16 pieces, there were: 4 pieces of imitation crab, and three pieces of cooked egg. There was one piece of tuna and three pieces of salmon. The rest was chopped up raw tuna and raw salmon. Ordered takout, wasn’t too happy with the food. It was ok but there are definitely better places around.

I ordered the 2 saumon roll and there was a strong green onion taste to it (yet there was no such description on the website). The avocado was not ripe and was hard. The rolls didn’t taste too fresh (they weren’t bad though). The shrimp sashimi had a stronger fishy smell to it which puts the freshness into question The salmon sashimi slices were very thin

The service was fast however and some other rolls were ok.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Walked in and all 5 staff just stared at us. We looked at the menu infront of the 5 staff and then when it got awkward I asked if we can sit down. They replied “if you want to” so we sat down. After waiting for almost 10mins we did not get any water or tea or service. I walked up to the counter again to order and two of the staff just gave me a blank stare and then looked back down at their sushi making. After seeing no one cared to serve us my family and I just left. Worst place ever!!...
