Sushi Sama — Restaurant in Montreal

So Today I was placing an order for my mother in laws birthday on uber eats as her party is tonight so I wanted to place a scheduled delivery for tonight so I wouldn't have to rush to pick it up after work. While placing the order I notice that the full menu isn't posted so I call and see if it is possible to get the rolls not listed. After double checking she says that's fine but why don't you come just pick it up. I said I will be rushing so its easier to order on uber eats. After telling her my order I told her I would schedule it on uber eats and call in advance to make sure they add the substituted rolls. She said ok great speak to you later. As I was placing the order for a scheduled delivery for 6 pm my cart disappears and I realize after telling her I'm ordering 2 of the buy one get one free she took it off the uber app and now my whole order disappeared. I call back and say hey I was just placing the order we spoke on the phone about for 20 mins what happened why did my cart disappear. Her answer is that her boss called and told her to take it off. What a coincidence a minute after I just told you my order the boss calls and says take that off yet every other sushi Sama has the deal. Anyways long story short Sushi Sama Monkland. You just lost a 250$ order But You Also lost a customer who has been coming to your location since opening. The simple reason is why would you be so sneaky why wouldn't you tell me on the phone instead of wasting my time. Like we ordered that roll because we like that roll and now because you don't want to honor a deal you remove that roll completely. Even if there was no deal we would've ordered that roll. Anyways sorry for the rant but seriously HORRIBLE...

We chose Sushi Sama over our usual restaurant because they have a much better variety of choices for vegetarians (both more items and more interesting ones). Our sushi arrived promptly at the requested time, and was absolutely beautiful - it's rare to get veggie options where as much care is put into the presentation as some of the more elaborate fish/seafood rolls. Each roll was delicious and packed with ingredients, with just enough rice to hold it together. The "Snowflake" with sundried tomato, cream cheese & avocado roll was particularly flavourful, but it would be hard to pick a favourite! The edamame maki, tempura yam and the futomaki specials were incredible, but so were the basics (e.g. avocado and oshinko hosomaki, and tamago nigiri). Will definitely be ordering again, and next time we're going to try...

We ordered 2 sushi platters and 2 poke bowls at 5pm for delivery,we were told there was 1.5 hres wait,at 6:50pm still no sushi,we called and were told it would be best to pick up our order as they were very busy.So we went to pick up our order ,when we got home the poke bowls were missing,we called back twice they still could not tell us when we would recieve them.So i gave my sushi to my kids to eat,than at 7:52 the poke bowls finally arrived.I had toast instead...This is my first and last experience at your restaurant, the 2 pieces of sushi i had were very good,too bad my kids meals came 3...
