No napkins on table, you have to go and ask. What, are they afraid someone's going to make a business by stealing their napkins and reselling them? Outside seating has no trash cans present, you have to bring trash back inside only to find that there are no trash cans present inside either!

The people who run the place are super friendly and genuine. It's just the two of them running the whole thing! It's just always been a good experience. My usual order is the maki royal and spicy salmon maki. This time around I got an 80 piece order for a party. Everything was ready in about an hour and a half as they promised.
