This is the first time I didn’t check the Google reviews before ordering food from a restaurant, and I completely regret it. My husband ordered the General Thai Chicken, while I chose the Peanut Stir Fry. Unfortunately, neither dish was tasty. My stir fry had undercooked rice, and the chicken contained bone fragments, which made it unpleasant to eat. I couldn't finish half of my meal. We ended up wasting $35.39. I do not recommend eating here; it’s simply not worth it.

Insane how they can call this a full plate. The franchise has to look into this location. I have never ever received so little on a Pad Thai in my life. Extremely unhappy, especially since I come to Thai express extremely often. Never been to this franchise location and I highly DO NOT recommend it. Seems like they are trying to cut corners to make a bit of an extra profit but at the cost of the customers. Absolutely insane.

I’ve been looking for a quick snack and I went to Thai Express to try it out since the last time I ate there was 5 years ago! I feel disappointed by the place, it doesn’t look that clean even though the food was great. They need to bring it back to life, there is a lack of respect for the franchise. I won’t be back at this one but I hope someone will do something about it’

I decided to go to this place for the first time today after work, when I arrived one guy was standing in the entrance doorway smoking a cigarette, so I had no choice I had to go past him to enter the place and walk through a huge cloud of smoke, I really didn’t appreciate that . Then I’m standing by the cash to put in my order meanwhile the chef is cooking he sees me but does not acknowledge me whatsoever . So now I’m waiting and nobody acknowledging me and nobody serving me or taking my order. So I waited about a good 5 to 8 minutes without any one taking my order so I decided this was just wasting my time and took my business elsewhere. Went down SHERBROOKE STREET and had a great meal at chalet Barbeque. Very happy I took my business elsewhere. Personally I don’t recommend this Thai express this was my first time experience with the place and I was not...

so wanted to take my daughter out for a father daughter dine/picnic we decided to go Thai Exp obviously used google and landed at this place, called to have it prepared for pickup up...im dissapointed in the esthetique quality of this location, looks very dirty and made me skeptical however supper time i got a kid that is hungry and wants to eat out so i proceed..the dude cooking has his mask over his chin the place is dirty, the ndg streets seemed cleaner, paid and left opened my food to find out a hair in my food the chicken is so hard and dry it felt like jerk beef very lucky i left and live far i would of definitely returned for a refund i kept the hair sample in ziploc in case the manager/owner want to challenge me.

Never stepping a foot here please avoid this location if you care for your health...

Called 15 minutes before arrival to make our order prepared. After 3 calls no answers, we got on spot. Once in the Thai Express, I called 9 times right in front of them, and nobody answered. Cook was having lunch and casheer was sitting on a chair. When i left i told them why nobodys is anwering when they were doing absolutly nothing! She told me she was in lunch...????? I told her, yes on break and still, after 9 calls you wont stand up and answer?? She respond : im not the boss of this business... This event took place : Thursday, march 5 at 9h30. So if you read this as a boss, please do something. Worse service ever. When leaving, and stood outside in front of the place and called again. She finally use her legs and answer the phone WOW. THAI EXPRESS...
