Online ordering: I placed my order at 20.45 for pickup at 21.15, which was 30 mins. Plus, the website said my food should be ready after 15mins from my online order. I had a big surprise when I arrived the store. After asking my name, reading my order, the lady at the cashier said it will be ready in 2 minutes (though I came at 21.20). Then, out of my expectation, she quickly corrected herself after talking to people from the kitchen, and told me to wait for 20 mins because the system had not updated my order for the kitchen...
I ordered 30 minutes before I arrived, then I had to wait for many UberEat drivers came and left, and people who ordered in store at the time I arrived. I finally received my order after everyone left. I think if there was a problem, at least my order should be prioritized...
Clearly there was no point in online ordering while having to wait for people who ordered in store at the time I arrived.
The taste: The fries and the chicken have never been crispy here. Yes, I have purchased things in the store more than 10 times over the year and I believed the staffs do not care about the taste and the quality of the products.
Sometimes the chicken is very salty, sometimes like today.. it is tasteless... no taste at all. I never felt the KFC signature taste from this store.. The taste from here is always either with a lot of salt or little salt..
I purchased 36 bucks for.. tasteless and soggy fried chicken and fries... i had a very awful experience for today.

Ordered online from the app for pick up, went there and told the order was already picked up by someone who told the staff the exact phone number and name of mine.
I said if you can show the footage of the surveillance camera, we can check what was going on. Because i'd need to see the person and hear that they said exact my name and phone number. How would you trust somebody else in a situation like that, right? Obviously they were not able to show the footage at that moment.
The staff agreed to redo my order but a lady at the back (in the kitchen) started talking and saying that i could be scamming them by sharing my phone number with someone else so i can receive the order twice and only pay once. (3 minutes of arguing loudly with her in the store....) And she said every time for every pick up order, they ask the person's name and phone number to see if it matches with the info in their system. But with my personal experience with this store is that, there is only once in my life the staff asked my phone number. For the rest, i was able to pick up by only telling my name.
Then i asked the girl at the front about the person who picked up my oder. She said it was a white lady about 50 years of age with a dog.... i am in my 20s and i ain't know nobody like that....
Here is some advice to the store. If you want to prevent this from happening, you really have to improve your way of authentication and train new staff properly.

They told me they would contact the store and the driver to see where my food was. After waiting for 15min I hung up and called the store myself. The woman who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that they never received any order and to place another one. I was fuming after having now waited for apparently nothing for 1h30. I then had to call the call center who once again put me on hold, never to come back. While on hold the store contacted me, same woman, who now told me she found my ticket and gave me some excuse about the system not working properly. Never apologized once. She told me she could have my order Delivered at once. I agreed (still waiting as I write this) and asked her if she could give me a discount for all this inconvenience. She straightforwardly said no and did not listen to anything I said about having to wait+2h for something that should have take 1h maximum. I tried calling customer service who then told me they would transfer me to the store manager who could maybe hear me out... But I never got past being out on hold after waiting 15min again.. WORST...
