Worst Subway Experience Ever – Totally Unhygienic and Poorly Managed Location

I ordered 2 Veggie Patty Footlong Sandwiches and had one of the worst experiences ever at this Subway. The slim guy at the counter was working alone. He went inside and took 4 veggie patties without even changing his gloves, which he had just used for chicken and bacon right in front of me.

When I pointed it out and asked him to change the gloves, he did so with an irritated face and said, “It’s so tough.” Even after that, he tried to use the same patties he had already touched, which I clearly refused to accept.

The footlong he finally made was a total mess. It looked like he had no training at all — sauces were put only at the corners and started spilling out when he wrapped the sandwich. The whole wrapping paper was soaked, and the sandwich was squeezing sauces everywhere.

It honestly looked like they had hired him randomly without any training or hygiene standards. Extremely disappointing experience — poor service, no hygiene, and zero...

Picked up a mobile order there: Sandwich ordered was egg, ham, swiss cheese and the list of veggies i like. Once i got there the worker asked me :"vouliez vous du fromage parceque c est pas ecrit" i showed her "là il est ecrit suisse!" Then as she is opening my sandwich she pull out sausage and replace it with ham as she add the cheese. Then in the special directive i had asked for oven bake, yet she put that in the microwave. So i end up with a soggy 8$ sandwich.

Also the male bathroom of the mall, don t have hand soap, and not like it empty, but like there isn't dispenser at all... yeah...

Super nice customer service. The staff member was great, however the franchisee should have at least 2 people working at all times. We went during the afternoon rush at 1PM and took us 30 minutes to get our order. The employee was by himself without any help. This should be violation of labour laws, the question I have is, did he get his break? Did he have someone to cover for him if he wanted to use the restroom?

I hope subway or the business owner reads this. Please take better care of...
