Martin-Luther-King Park — Attraction in Montreal

Pakr Kent as it's was once called (and still is by the locals) is a great place to do sports and take a stroll during the day. There's some new infrastructure installed recently that makes this park looking nice. You'll find a track and field area, a basketball court, a tennis court, outdoor pool opened only during summer days and of course, a full size football ⚽️ field. I run here occasionally and it's always illuminated until 11pm. Only downside for runners is that the football field is sometimes used during summer by local soccer teams. So they close off the track and field for public. Kinda not cool especially when you're also a tax payer in the local neighborhood. All in all, I love this park for what it is. Kent park is a family and friends sport for everyone! There’s a swimming pool for kids and water games while the adults relax their kids are in view and safely playing around! There’s a bathroom men and women. Very clean as well. A tennis court and basketball courts are grilled and well taken care of! Baseball game on in the summer and a grand swimming pool for family and friends! There’s also a track to run around and it’s hot for the feet, in there 4places to play succer! nice park in cote de neiges. it really does need guards to keep the basic rules respected. people riding bikes on the running (the expensive rubber) field, kids climbing the soccer nets, ados smoking/selling weed in the bleachers while the guys in red from the ville de Montreal basically do nothing. sad, because installations are 4 stars. people behave 1 star. attention to thieves too. they took my small backpack...
