Hello all Regular Tim Hortons Client I would like to share my experience at this Tim Hortons at Marche Central I had arrive at 9:15 ( receipt had provided the time of order ) to place my simple order of 1 Tim wrap trio and 1 Tim martin trio. when the order was placed ii was not busy. I went to the pick up counter and waited 10 mins had passed and orders for the car pick was going out as well as the counter. I ask the first worker that is prepping the orders about my order "will do it now". another 10 mins go by and still not ready. I ask the second worker that is prepping the orders about my order "will do it now.": as I am standing in front of them other order a being given out. another 10 mins go by and still not ready. I ask again "sry sir we ran out off egg" then we don't have Hash browns ready i said what about that order that was just given out ? no reply so far it has been 30 mins another 15 mins go by and still not ready. then the the Manager arrives and i ask her about my order and that I have been waiting 45 mins , she looks at the screen and says sry sir you have been waiting only 10 mins ! I told her in a firm voice that i have been waiting 45 mins and showed her my receipt and the time is was ordered. she said cant you see that we are busy and wait ! and don't yell at me. I still see her prepping other orders
at this point I told her that I have been waiting and told so many excuse and also caught her lying on the time my order was placed . 50 mins later I ask for my money back
I have been to many many other Tim Hortons when there is a rush , I have never waited over 45 mins for a simple order and being lied to
Don't not go there as they are not truthful and the manager cannot properly manage the staff and business
Oh did not mentioned that the client before me also waited over 50 mins because his order was given to another...

I would like to share my experience at Tim Hortons cafe. I must say that the products are really tasty, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
Upon arriving at the cafe, I noticed that the staff were quite busy and seemed to lack patience in dealing with customers. I was a little disappointed with the lack of attention and cordiality from the attendants.
Additionally, I had to wait a long time to be served, which is always frustrating. When I finally managed to place my order, I noticed that there was a mistake in the preparation and I had to request a correction. Again, I had to wait a considerable amount of time until the problem was resolved.
Despite these setbacks, I must emphasize that the Tim Hortons products are really very tasty. The coffee and pastries are delicious and worth trying.
However, the service left much to be desired. I hope that the cafe can invest in training and capacitation of its staff to improve the quality of service.
Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was average. If you're looking for tasty products, it's worth a try. But if you value a courteous and efficient service, perhaps it's best to look for...
Read moreMy favorite Tim's! Drive through and in-person service is good, the staff is always very polite, efficient, professional, clean resto. Most of the time they have all their products available. I never received a wrong order, and despite my 8 Splenda, they do put the 8 in the coffee (most other places only put 1-2 because it takes too long).
Gas station wheelchair accessible, they considered my comments when they used to display windshield washer in a way that was making the use of the ramp impossible and it never happened since. Aisles are small but maneuverable with power wheelchair. I appreciate that they accept to serve power mobility aids at the drive through (often easier for me).
I always have an awesome experience with the staff and it is a pleasure to stop by!...
