Made a mobile order, went through the drive through. They didn't have my order and they made me wait.
The workers were clueless. 1st person didn't speak french and asked me for my order number twice before sending me to the next window. 2nd person said they didn't have my order after waiting 5 mins, they took my order and asked me to wait in the parking lot. After 15 minutes worker 3 came with half of my order. I went back inside and a 4th worker asked me for my order. I found worker 2 and she was clueless. I repeated my order. She seemed so frustrated. Worker 3 was trying to deny everything. I waited another 15 minutes (now 45 mins), for the remaining order. It came and it was hard and cold. I took it back in and asked for a replacement. Worker 3 said it wasn't his fault. It was the "oven's fault". Meanwhile, I made 3 separate reports online (lost my order, wrong order, and poor food quality). They sent me to the manager of the store saying they could not do anything. Why even have the option of reporting it online then?
The workers refused to help me, telling me the manager was away. They took my phone from me without permission into the back for 5 minutes. I demanded them to stop lying and send me the manager.
They tried to tell me to delete my online report and leave. I did not. After 10 minutes, the owner came out. I demanded compensation and told him about the terrible service. He admitted the service was bad but refused to give me any compensation.
Finally, he offered 6 donuts or the 2 wraps I ordered. I accepted the 2 wraps. I waited, guess, you got it, another 15 minutes for the apology wraps. I was only given 1. I was in too much of a rush to fight any more. When I got home, I noticed it was not the wrap I ordered. It was a vegge wrap of some sort with an insane amount of hot spices.
I feel like the workers intentionally made it with the spices to hurt my digestion. I don't think they even have a spicy vege wrap at the restaurant. They also intentionally gypped me of the chicken from the wraps, even after promising to make them again.
All I wanted was a good lunch. I did not receive anything of the sort and on top of that, I lost money because I had to cancel the client that I was 1 hour late for.
What an utter disgrace!
Update to address the Tim Hortons reply below. As stated before, I already brought this up to the customer support team. They dismissed it at first, but I've gotten them to escalate it. They are basically waiting for the owner to get back to them. Which I doubt he ever will. No accountability whatsoever.
Hence, a good time to boycott our classic Canadian company. It's been in decline. Good wraps when made right, but this is unfortunately...
Read moreI had been a loyal patron of this establishment for over 30 years, but my recent visit has left me utterly disillusioned. What began as a simple drive-thru order for a steak sandwich with cheese instead of bacon turned into a series of unfortunate events that have shattered my trust in this once-reliable restaurant.
Upon placing my order, I was instructed to wait in the parking lot. Moments later, a young woman approached with two sandwiches in hand, asking me to identify mine. I told her the one with cheese, only to be handed a small sandwich box without the customary napkin. When I politely requested napkins, she questioned my need for them, gave me a disdainful look, and reluctantly went to fetch some. Upon her return, she thrust the napkins into my hand with evident irritation.
Opening the sandwich container, I discovered that I had been given the wrong order. I informed the employee that if was the wrong order. The same employee returned with the correct sandwich, but her demeanor had soured. She called me derogatory names and, in a shocking display of unprofessionalism, gave me the middle finger.
Determined to resolve the issue, I drove back to the window to return the incorrect sandwich and request a refund. The same employee greeted me with more insults and repeated obscene gestures. Another staff member attempted to convince me to accept the sandwich while another started discreetly video taping me!
After three decades of patronage, I felt utterly betrayed.
This experience has been a wake-up call. No amount of loyalty can justify such appalling treatment. I will never return to this...
Read moreI always avoided that place like plague because of the drug deals happening right by the door and the shady crowd hanging there. Sometimes, in the morning, if i was ahead on my schedule and didnt't mind waiting 30 minutes for a cokd coffee I went there (2 or 3 times) but tonight was the first time I ever walked in. I'm not sure why are all the homeless people are just chilling there playing board games on the tables reserved for customer but I guess the Dunkin Donuts crowd had to go somewhere... but the staff who works there... jesus... lady if you hate your job so much please quit and find a job with no customer service required at all because you went in the back THREE times to do god knows what, each time coming out looking more and more messed up. After telling me that there was nothing to eat AT ALL except some old dirty broken cookie that looked like no one touched it in days, I left and still couldn't believe. I already knew that the Rosebowl's parking lot was a crack den at night but I didn't know they were spreading across st-Jacques. I wish the police could actually put back the 2 patrol cars that used to ALWAYS guard cavendish and St-Jacques. Now I understand why, Tim Hortons: PLEASE. Can you guys have food at night? At least the donuts to bring back the officers or just close the damn place. It's taking SO MUCH...
