Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

Tonight I went to this restaurant on my way home from work because I didn't have enough time to make food as I have a huge exam tomorrow that I need to study for. I walk in to this Pizza Pizza location to order the $9.99 extra large pepperoni walk-in special. Before I order, I ask the guy how long it will take. His response is "around 10 minutes"; perfect! 35 minutes later, wondering what is going on, I approach the counter and ask how much longer. The worker replies "What did you order again?". After repeating my order to him, he looks around and goes "Oops, the machine didn't print your order for my coworker to make." So for 35 minutes I was sitting in the restaurant for NO REASON! Absolutely unacceptable. The manager was extremely rude to me when I expressed my frustration and was super unprofessional. I immediately requested a refund, which he refused to issue me on my debit card which is how I originally paid. He said he could only refund me in cash. I immediately called customer service who did not seem to care much. What an awful experience. Nothing else in my area is open, so not only did I lose about an hour in total from study time, I am now studying and stuck on an empty stomach for the rest of the night. Thanks...

Worst Pizza Pizza. Every time I have ordered delivery the order has been wrong and I have had to wait up to an hour after first delivery for my correct food to be re-delivered. One time, the delivery man insisted I tip him for bringing me credited food to my place - even though the reason it was credited was because they messed up the order!

They also don't reimburse you when they mess up your order. So the policy you will get your order in 30 minutes it is free - means you will get some sort of food in 30 minutes but if we deliver you the wrong food you will have to wait for another hour to get the right food.

Currently, as I am writing this I am on hold with Pizza Pizza for a supervisor - going on 10 minutes waiting now.

I had a highly disappointing experience this afternoon with this Pizza Store. I placed a delivery order for a medium pizza with three toppings and a dipping sauce. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was poorly cooked and tasted absolutely awful. The tomato sauce was unevenly spread, and the toppings were barely visible. Adding to the disappointment, the pizza wasn't cut well, and to make matters worse, the dipping sauce was missing entirely.

Hoping for a resolution, I immediately informed the delivery driver about the missing items. However, it took a frustratingly long 40 minutes for the driver to return with the missing dipping sauce.

Note: pizza store was just 300 meters away .

I will never return...
