Be careful. It's very isolated. I didn't get mugged, but you're a sitting duck. After a few minutes on the trail towards Pullman, I asked myself if I would be able exit at Pullman. What if it was fenced off? Would I have to walk back? I didn't want to walk back from where I entered. There are no exits in between. It's an uneasy feeling. What do you do in an emergency? There are train tracks below but there's a cliff. I wanted to get out. I found hiking rope up the cliff towards St Jacques. It was really steep and I relied on the strength of the rope. The last 10 feet were Mount Everest steep. It's a miracle I climbed the cliff. There was a hole in the fence. I walk through the hole and I find myself in a fenced in used car lot. Fence is to high and dangerous to climb. I tried squeezing under the fence. I was about to call 911 for help. But I saw a shorter fence on the property next door which is Belvedere Terry Fox. I exit the used car lot, and I walked the edge of the cliff towards the Belvedere Terry Fox. It was my last chance. Descending the Falaise was not an option. Just too steep and dangerous.
