I used to be a huge fan of this location until the new owner took over (or the original owner lost his sense?)
During my last visit, I went in to order my usual overpriced poutine, but I was surprised by how crowded it was. After taking a sneak peek, I saw the whole team laughing and having conversations instead of serving people. At some point, I even saw one of the guys take something strange from the already-cut cold chicken shawarma pile with his bare hands.
At this point, I had already waited too long and was too hungry to leave. When it was finally my turn, the worker with a strange beard line and medium-long black hair (which was uncovered), approached the counter to take my order, then to my surprise he suddenly took a phone call and left me hanging while he had a full, visibly amusing, conversation on the phone.
I’m usually very easy to please, but then I saw him pick a very small portion of beef shawarma, chop it so much it was almost turned into ground beef, and put it over my poutine (to cover the whole plate with a very tiny portion apparently?). Also when he did put the poutine cheese curds It was in one pile sticking together, he didn’t even bother to separate the curds over the poutine. I didn’t say anything out of respect for how happy this place used to make me feel during the last few years, but sadly it has become dirty, careless, and a nightmare!
When I asked one of the workers, he told me the guy with the funny beard line (who did all this) was actually the owner. And apparently, he also ordered them to serve smaller portions than they used to.
That’s just bad, and I hope the franchise steps in before this place’s reputation is...

I have had multiple bad experiences in the past, but it's this time that I am taking the pain of writing a review as this has been a terrible one for me. So I ordered through doordash and I end up getting a wrong order with just the sides and the garlic sauce being what I had selected, without any cutlery. Seeing my order I tried to call the restaurant hoping for a redelivery or maybe any other alternative. My first call was ignored and when I tried calling back I could finally get connected the third time and all that happened was someone has answered my call and just kept the phone aside without taking anything. I called again thinking there was a network glitch and they did the same thing. I kept taking for almost a minute but did not get any response and all I could hear was, the guy who answered the call was just busy cracking some absurd jokes with someone without even bothering to mute the call. This made me feel really exasperated and helpless as I had been starving the whole day and was dying of hunger and not getting any response. The staff here is absolutely terrible with the customer service. I urge the management to train the staff with better communication and kitchen skills as well, as 8 out of 10 times the sandwiches are clumsily packed. It makes no sense with the new perforated packing, when the sandwiches are being wrapped parallelly to the perforation.

They didn't care at all about what I had to say, as soon as I tried to explain my issue they put me on hold for 5 min and later on again in the middle of the conversation (I thought the guy was trying to figure out a solution or at least have the decency to say sorry but no he was dealing with other clients) because to him I wasn't one hah.I spent more than 40$ on my order, and it was a special occasion : My mom's birthday and I wanted to make her happy by ordering her favorite Lebanese food. Their attitude on the phone was extremely rude. They didn't care at all, they didn't even take the time to listen straight to my issue, they tried to blame it on the uber driver, and they really made me feel I was worthless. I would give -5 if i could as ratings !!
