The service was not good at the drive thru. The counter person was rushing me through the line. She was more concerned about the customer behind me. The bag for our food was too small, and our food was spilling out of the bag. When we asked for another the woman hastily gave me a bag. I had to ask her to please place my food in a larger bag. I wanted Tim Bits and the attendant would not sell them to me. She said we should have ordered them at the order window. Finally I could not get a breakfast item oatmeal, because it was not ready att around 9am! This is was my second disappointing experience at the drive thru window at this location. This place needs a Team Leader or a Supervisor or someone with some kind of authority because they really lack coherence. I ordered a black coffee and 2 sausage timatin on english muffin at the drive thru. They got the black coffee right, both timatins were missing the sausage meat. Last time I went here, I ordered a turkey sandwich, and the turkey was still wrapped in PAPER in my sandwich. And I have many other bad examples about this place, I work nearby so I go there on breaks.
