I order from this store a lot. The food and service is always amazing. Today, We had a problem with our drinks(with doordash) that were cracked but when I called they said to order a new one and also reimbursement us. The person on the phone helped us right away. We will definitely continue ordering regularly from them. We really appreciated the gesture....

Je tiens à partager une expérience décevante que j’ai vécue le jeudi 29 mai. J’ai tenté de passer une commande par téléphone vers 19h45, mais personne ne répondait malgré deux appels. Pensant qu’il y avait un problème technique, j’ai décidé de me rendre sur place. En arrivant au restaurant vers 20h, la porte était ouverte, ce qui indiquait clairement que le commerce était toujours en service, surtout sachant que l’heure de fermeture affichée est 21h. Pourtant, un jeune homme à l’accueil m’a informé, de façon assez sèche, que le restaurant était fermé, sans réelle explication. Il semblait déterminé à ne pas me servir, même si plusieurs autres employés présents ne semblaient pas s’y opposer. Après quelques échanges, il a finalement accepté de prendre ma commande. We tried their poke bowls and it was frankly delicious! However, there was very little in the bowls (they were not completely filled). It wouldn't cost them much to add more rice at the bottom and a little more veggies so we at least feel that we had enough...
