I had a horrible experience 4weeks ago. I debated whether to write this but I am still infuriated so here goes. First when I got there had to wait while staff was having conversation with some very gregarious and puffed up client. He was loving the attention and the female working behind the counter was flirting with him. I could not believe I had to wait while this was going on. Dating game wow! Then my time to order I say bonjour but then started ordering in English..well its a wrap so I mean French English same thing. A Wrap, le wrap.. The girl asks another guy to come and they all laugh like Anglais..Engleeeeshhh sil vous plait..Im standing there thinking oh my gosh they are laughing at me... Im told they do not serve the chicken bacon wraps. Im like but not only is it on menu I literally see them preparing one for that guy I mentionned earlier( said it in French) Then he mumbles smthg like but he is not having a wrap ..he is having a sandwich with pita ...I am dumbfounded at this point thinking Im in crazy land. I said OKKK then Ill have a SANDWICH like lui with the pita wrap. I just can not get over how weird that whole experience was. Btw not first time had a language problem there but not like this where they actually laughed and then the wrap sandwich whatever fiasco. It was just all in all strange. Food was ok ...but...
Read moreThis used to be a great place to go for coffee. Service was quick and the owner (a nice lady named Valerie) even worked behind the counter. Then the place got sold and things went from good to bad and to worse. Here are a few examples on why not to go to this Tim Hortons,
If you walk in and are the 2nd person in line expect to still wait 5-10 minutes even if there is a staff of 5 people behind the counter.
If you order anything more then coffee expect them to mess it up 50% of time. Don't get excited if you just go there for coffee either, some of the staff seem to have a hard time knowing the difference between cream and milk.
If you are an anglophone visitor to Montreal be aware that hiring bilingual employees is not a priority for this Tim Horton.
On a positive note the male employee working the graveyard shift is very friendly and hard working. he must really feel out of place in that Tim Horton and I expect he will be gone in the very...

I walked into this Tim Hortons today at 6 o'clock to buy donuts. Their counters were completely empty - there were no donuts not timbits left. I was told they wouldn't bake anymore for the rest of the day either because "it was a busy day"....
Hands down the WORST Tim Horton's you'll ever go to. I live 2 houses away and have been to this location at least 40 times over the last 2 years. Employees are condescending and extremely slow. If you're lucky enough to walk in at a time when THERE ARE some pastries available, 80% of the time it'll be hard as a rock. Also expect employees to mess up your order pretty much every time and be rude and unhelpful when you confront...
