Dirty and Rude. It is entertaining however. Walk in with a friend or two and place bets on whether or not you get what you ordered. Don't tell your friend because the odds are in your favour.

As a thank you for my dental secretary who is AMAZING - I wanted to treat her to their Julep type frozen drink. They have 2 flavours. Orange Banana or Oranage Mango. Order: 1 LG OB- my friend is allergic to mangos. If there's contact, I'll order something else. I'm reassured, I pay, I bring it to her. EMBARRASSED to blazes - one sniff and I see her face. It's mango. I go back, I explain, I ask for a Change... I get attitude. I'm nice and polite so I smile and thank her for her "efforts" Lather Rinse Repeat - I can't smell the difference and I'm sure not going to taste it. I ask her to be SURE. She assures me there's no mango. Go back to the dental office and sure enough, it's mango.

Go BACK and ask to speak to the manager. At this point I just want a frozen coffee drink. I ask if I could change it because I was afraid of killing my favorite secretary. I'm trying to keep things light and humorous. He said NO. At first i thought he was joking so I went ahead and asked for a vanilla iced coffee. He proceeded to ask me if I was deaf.

I've had several bad experiences at this Tim Hortons. On various occasions, food was half-assed, poorly made, lacked care, etc. The restaraunt was ALWAYS messy.. trays everywhere, garbage laid around and piled up.. even the suggestions box was full. Diluted soup with hardly any noodles or veggies, overly liquidy Ice Cappuccinos.. and even rude employees who gave attitude.

Today took the cake though. This isn't my personal experience but my fiance's. Half an hour ago this evening, a female cashier attempted to give my guy the slip and attempted to steal money from him. He gave 5$ for a $1.95 coffee and she gave him 5 cents. He pointed it out and she looked angry as she gave him the proper change.

NOT IMPRESSED.

This is a new low. This branch has been a disaster for years and not one inspector goes by and the manager certainly doesn't do a thing.

This one in particular is a shame to the chain and should eithet be shut down or revamped with better employees who actually give a damn about doing their jobs.

Its the third time i am getting the order wrong. But i am posting the review this time so that the management can correct the employee. Long story short , just went through the drive thru and ordered mango creamy chill and it was the worst creamy chill we tasted. So went back and told the drive thru worker that it was made wrong and she started arguing and the weird thing is that she told us that she added citron to the mango creamy chill; but i am pretty sure for the mango creamy chill there is no citron. She was rude and over reacting even tho we were just asking if she could re make it. The other employee, was kind and told us she will make it properly even tho the creamy chill is made with citron. I am writing this to inform the management to please verify the actually procedure for making the mango creamy chill or any creamy chill , cause it taste so bad when you mix cream with citron. Also to confirm we did visit another Tim in Champlain and it tasted absolutely wonderful. So we won’t be coming back there anymore but please take care of this so that at least others won’t have the bad...
