Every time I come here, the service is incredibly slow. I fully understand that the employees must work hard, and I commend their efforts. Unfortunately, however, it’s more than a handful of times now (passed a dozen for sure) that I’ve waited over 15 minutes for a simple order (sometimes without any cars ahead of me in the drive through). In this review, I’m taking into consideration all time periods (morning, afternoon and night). The amount of mistakes in my orders became frustrating too after a while, especially with the coffee’s. I usually order black coffee, with no sugar. I always specify clearly; yet, 6/10 times I receive a coffee with 1 or more sugars in it. I’m genuinely not a picky person, so even with the mistakes I never complain and just move on, but at a certain point even I get fed up or annoyed.
To summarize, I’m sure everybody works hard to make it through a day filled with customers and orders, but the experience could definitely use a tune-up. There are a handful of Tim Hortons across the city that surpass the average customer experience, which is what I hope this one...

Read moreDoesn't even say Hi at the window; rushes you to pay and to go and wait in the parking for your order for the managers to get their bonus; if they have an average service time of 20 seconds they get a bonus. Problem is there is no safe place to stay in the parking as it's just a gas station, AND it takes them 5-10 minutes to bring the order to you even if it's just a single coffee. Ridiculous. Also, they always Don't have what you want. We don't have no more this, we don't have no more that..oh and be careful if you have intolerances or allergies. They always make mistakes and will put regular milk even if you ask for oat for example, or will 100% out cheese in that wrap you asked with no cheese. Employees are impolite and some of them were even fighting in the parking. Just a ridiculous place...
