If I could put 0 stars, I would. So sad. My sister wanted me to have pizza with everyone else yesterday evening, so she ordered a gluten free pizza for me from Pizza Hut (my first time). When it arrived I was impressed by the way it looked but 2 slices in I knew something was up… it did not taste like it was gluten free. I stopped eating, called customer service… they confirmed I had a regular pan pizza. My sister had a clear request for gluten free pizza, she placed the order online, we went back to her emails and there it was. Customer service didn't even want to comp us the pizza, they were going to offer a $5 off NEXT ORDER LOL what a joke. They said if we wanted the whole thing comped we'd have to call the resto, but they don't pick up their phone. Since we decided we would contact the resto, customer service said we couldnt even have the $5 off next order lol. My sister was so upset, we could not get the resto on the phone, she went to the restaurant with my remaining pizza and the girl at the resto apologized for the error and said “but we are only 2 ppl working that’s why we missed it we are so busy”. My sister asked if they even have gluten free pizza tho at that location ? The girl said no. Sounds like they were trynna pull a fast one here. Guaranteed she did not even know what gluten free means. Completely unprofessional. Where was the manager? Read moreEvery time i try to order its almost impossible. The site on mobile is just not easy. First, if you want to just see the menu you seem to need to enter your adresse. Not just postal code. Nope the hole thing. Then you place your order in the cart. If there is a special, like the 2nd 3rd 4th pizza at 5$ it wont show up. Our pizza in cart for 2 same pizza is over 46$. Its not user friendly at all. No way to see prices before placing in cart so you kind of waste time selecting your pizza. Taking out what you dont want like onions. Then adding to cart. Every time i say to myself i gotta keep the menu for next time i order. And eveytime i lose the menu. I have to call, talk to the girl. Try to concentrate hard on what she tells me cause i have no clue and need to ask what is on this pizza. Ok how much. Ok. What is on that pizza. So tonight we are not eating pizza. I place my order , I received my order confirmation PLUS on the app it states that my order is being prepared & it’s on the way. After an hour of waiting - I call to see what is going on. To find out the my order has been canceled because they need to reconfirm my order - they couldn’t get in touch me with through phone because I had messed up my phone number by one number. But then why would I receive an email confirmation, why would the app state that my order is on the way?? Also if my order was canceled why wouldn’t I receive anything stating that ! After going around in circles with the agent on the phone they still expected me to pay for my order when it states that if you don’t receive your order within 40 minutes it’s free. Agent didn’t offer anything as compensation nor showed any empathy. This was my first time ordering from this place & my last. Canceled my order because I was just so fed up....
