I recently (April 28 2025) had their delicious wild blueberry sorbet (soft serve) and it was amazing; I believe its their flavor of the month. I paired the blueberry with their matcha latte (which was also plant based but served as scoops). The matcha latte was good but between the two I loved the blueberry, the matcha sorbet was light in flavor. Overall I highly recommend their plant based ice creams/sorbets. In the past (April 2024) ive had their vegan vanilla bar dipped partially in dark chocolate and covered in matcha rice crisps (available for a limited time). The inside of the bar had strawberry and matcha filling which seems odd at first but tasted really good. The only thing I wish is that they had more plant-based Ice-creams. For most of year, they will just have sorbets (Mango, coconut, etc) which are good . One day I really do hope that they will have a plant based vanilla soft serve. But just a heads up, they usually only have one vegan icecream flavor per week and quantities are limited (call before going). Good experience overall.

My go-to spot for every spring/summer time at the upper part of MTL. I just love their pistachio ice cream. It is so fresh and you can taste small bites of the nuts. I’ve tried a lot of places in MTL, there is no other places that makes amazing pistachio ice cream. If you like to have a little taste of Vietnam, coco-panda or Vietnamese coffee are yummyyyy! You will not regret it!

We have been trying to find a good time to go to @glacesvirevent for a little while now and it's always absolutely packed with people! We found out why. The homemade tasting, very fresh and intense flavours very much justify the obvious popularity of the shop and we wish we could have spend more time there sampling each flavour.

I discovered this ice cream about a year ago and have been going consistently as it’s a good ice cream shop in our neighbourhood and I enjoy to support local businesses and also Asian owned. Last weekend event left me bitter… We went around 8:30ish Sunday night. My brother and I both tasted two flavours each before picking up two medium sized ice cream cups. Usually, the cups are filled to the rim but this time, it was a smaller portion than usual. We didn’t say anything and went to pay and get an extra spoon because I was sharing my ice cream with my husband who was waiting outside with our baby. The owner made a comment about us taking too much time, which we didn’t and we had to fight to get an extra spoon. Despite the unusual service, we thanked her and left. We sat outside and the owner followed us to let us know that her spoons are 7¢each and we shouldn’t have asked for another. Also she said that “asian clients usually taste a lot of flavours just to get a soft serve” which was not our case and also very judgmental and disrespectful of her to say that. Anyways, I’d like to give her the benefit of the doubt and that perhaps, she was having a bad day, but this visit definitely left us with...

After seeing the reviews, we decided to try it. Be prepared to stand in line for 10 minutes.

Soft serves were great! Interesting new flavours and old classics like plain chocolate. Plus, you can add toppings. The dark chocolate covering is surprisingly rich.

The menu is long and unfortunately, not very clear on what each option is. Plus the prices are located in a different area (near the cashier), I can understand why people take so long on deciding what to get and hold the line. There are some options to bring home but since they are located behind the cashier, it was difficult to see what was available.

The line moves very slowly, there are only 2 people serving ice cream plus the owner/cashier. The interior is small and somewhat old, they made some renovations to make it social media friendly. There are some tables & benches outside to enjoy your ice cream but the line next to it doesn’t allow you to have a quiet place.

I’m not a fan of standing in line to get ice cream but if I pass by in the future and the line is contain within the store, I’ll give it another try.

Parking in the street is not easy. You’ll need to check the...
