GUAC Mexi Grill — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

On Friday, August 22, 2025, I Stood and waited while they prepared a Skip the dishes order and one for 2 old ladies who had to look at everything several times before deciding on meat flavour and another Skip order between the 2 ladies burritos. After waiting 26 minutes, I went next door to the PHO place who had me eating in less than 3 minutes. GUAC never even acknowledged I was even there, never said hi, nothing. I would never eat here again, service was the worst I've seen anywhere. If you look through my few hundred posts you'll see most reviews I've made are extremely positive, but this place is a DO NOT GO. I WAS IN YOUR STORE AND YOU SERVED SOMEONE SITTING AT HOME, TOO LAZY TO VISIT YOU, DELIVERED BY A COMPANY WHO STEALS 30 PERCENT OF YOUR MONEY BEFORE ME, EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER ARRIVED SEVERAL MINUTES AFTER I WAS IN YOUR STORE. I was going to order several burritos, a quesadilla and some tacos from my family for take out. Shame on you, at least address your customers and make them feel welcome. The one customer at the table said I wasn't missing anything as his carnivore tasted worse than when his dog threw up in his mouth earlier in the week. If you can't take care of your customers properly, the PHO place next door certainly can, all the time being polite, smiling and turning out a spectacular flavour product. Skip GUAC, go to PHO next door. If you'd like the opportunity to prove you can take care of you customers better than the stuff you flush, reach out. Otherwise, I stand by my post. DON'T EAT HERE. No photos as couldn't even order. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I EVER TRIED TO EAT AT. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ALL ZEROS IF I COULD AS THATS WHAT THEY GAVE ME ZERO FOOD, ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, AND ZERO WANT TO EVER RETURN AGAIN. Don't eat here,...

GUAC is to tacos and burritos what Subway is to sandwiches. There are many toping choices, but you'll have to make all those choices yourself. No predetermined recipes to choose. The ingredients that were available were tasty (Pork was my favourite), and tacos will be stuffed with filling, but it wasn't the Mexican dinner experience we hoped for. Staff seemed a little snippy the day we were there too, especially when we had to show them that despite their reluctance to make it, the menu items we asked for were intact on the menu.

Overall we were dissappointed with our choice of restaurant for dinner, but our expectations and the reality of the establishment were two different things. No fault of...

I always carry a bag with me as an Uber driver. The bag I used this time was specifically for hot food a burrito. At no point did the restaurant staff mention on the app or in person that I didn’t have a bag. Instead, someone there filed a complaint. If there was an issue, they should have addressed it with me directly, face-to-face. For just you information i always delivered in a bag never every customer complained about it .
