Casino Moose Jaw — Attraction in Moose Jaw

DON'T Play in any Casino in Saskatchewan. The size didn't bother me as I have seen smaller casinos in Ontario. I visited this casino and the Regina Casino both on 2 occasions in each casino for a few hours each visit. During my visits i never seen one hand pay or any kind of Jackpot being won. The machines here don't even give you any credits back to keep you playing - The slot machines are super super tight in the entire province. At this location there are no $.25 cent 3 reel slots, matter of fact there are no 3 reel machines at this location, only video machines. The servers never ask anyone if they want a drink, the machine tenants are board silly as they don't have any payouts to keep them going, they all stand in the corner looking retarded and provide a dull atmosphere. I usually enjoy visiting this casino but my most recent experience was not a positive one, as the staff were not at all accommodating. Despite my previously being a platinum member and having been a regular customer here, I was denied access to the casino simply because I had a backpack with a few of my belongings in it. There was no coat check service offered and they refused to allow me to keep my bag behind the desk or anything; they simply told me I had to leave. St the time of my visit I didn't have a vehicle with me, nor did I have a place to stay because it was too early to check into my hotel. I personally don't see how my request would harm their business in any way but it certainly discouraged me from ever wanting to visit this...

Got into town late, staying at Temple Gardens, and accidentally parked in their lot for 10 minutes. Didn't realise the lot was only free to casino guests and not hotel guests. As soon as we found out, we moved our car to the hotel side but they charged us $5 anyway. Toll booth attendant wouldn't waive it, and we explained the situation to a manager in the casino who also said there was nothing they could do. We asked if they would even offer us a $5 credit for the casino to come back later (we were planning to anyways) but no luck.

Disappointed that they wouldn't make any exceptions for an honest mistake - doesn't take much for the extra mile of customer service, but that $5 was worth more than a couple hundred we...
