Moose Jaw City Hall — Local services in Moose Jaw

Had a water meter replaced when the water was still on..... they flooded the basement and I ended up having a bill for around 2800 dollars, Bill Frasier said he would investigate this and promised he would not sweep this under the table, I said ok time will tell... and he swept it under the table, he disagrees i should have a meeting with him and was very rude on the phone as I am a tax paying citizen and his salary is because of the city of moose jaw residents just like everyone else who works there! Got an email from the city manager with all lies about the situation the city got us into, if i could give zero stars i would because this whole city is a joke for road repairs, water main repairs, anyone who works behind the desk is making the workers do things the wrong way and costing the city tax payers lots of money, they own 2 h vac machines and still sub out the work to other companies paying them half million a year, i feel bad for the people who are actually working outside making the city "run"... the people behind the desk are all cons and pocketing lots of tax paying dollars and it is really upsetting as the people who do work in the city outside are getting paid pennies... the only good thing the city does for the tax payers of moose jaw is NOTHING AND THEY ARE...

No one has any answers, it’s never their fault, it’s always their contractors fault, so there’s “nothing” they can do. Their hired contractors tell us city hall is in charge and there’s nothing they can do either. Communication with their own citizens is non existent and when you do call to ask questions you’re left on hold forever, then told the person who knows what’s going on isn’t even there and when you ask for a call back they take your number and then hang up on you. I used to live in Moose Jaw when I was a child in the 60s. I recently went back for a visit and was very disappointed. Although Moosejaw is very rich in history and lots to see and do, it was very run down. Obviously, the city is not looking after it streets and greenery.
