McDonald's — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

Friday afternoon I went to McDonalds to get the viral crocs keychain from the happy meal, I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with spicy habanero sauce, a cheese burger happy meal, and a small fry. After I got my order I sat down , opened my happy meal and see a book… if I wanted a effing book I would’ve went to the library, not flipping McDonalds. I opened the second happy meal and see yet another book, I took the 2 books and went to the counter I asked the cashier where my crocs were and he said there were unavailable… so basically what there saying is that McDonald falsely advertises because they DONT have croc keychains they lied, I said okay and went to sit my ahh down, opened my chicken nuggets and looked for my spicy habanero sauce and it was no where to be found I got my receipt got up once again and asked where my spicy habanero was, the guy gave me one, and I went to sit back now, I looked for my small fry and didn’t see it anywhere… I had to get my butt up once again to ask where my fries were, this time it was a different lady, she told me they were in my in my happy meal… if they were in my happy meal I won’t had gotten up, I showed her my receipt and she said oh okay sorry about that, they were not sorry at all. I won’t ever be showing up to this location ever again, they are liars and they...

Went through the drive through to get some cookies and a McFlurry today I asked for 6 cookies three chocolate and three oatmeal and they gave me two chocolate chip and four oatmeal. I didn’t notice until almost home, drove back to go back to exchange the one. It was just a gong show. I told them what happened and instead of them just giving me a chocolate chip and maybe taking one of the oatmeal’s they sent me to sit at the side and wait.

So after waiting for a few minutes and my daughter getting antsy, a lady came out to tell me she’s the one that packed the bag. She said she put in four and two I said I know I wanted three and three she then took the bag and walked away. I asked what she was doing with the cookies since I touched all of them and I didn’t want them to go back on the shelf. She said she uses tongs. I said I know but I touched them. Why not just give me one chocolate chip. But she took them all and walked away and I heard her mutter under her breath but loud enough that I could hear she wasn’t happy with the exchange. I said “I can hear you!” She came back with four all new cookies

The whole exchange just wasn’t handled properly and this worries me that food that was handed out to customers may be resold to other customers when THEY make an error and...

I'm a little disappointed in the way my wife and I were treated on Tuesday evening. Our house has recently flooded, and we are temporarily without a home. We are also in a financial crunch so when we seen the sign outside that said "Happy meals $3.99 on Mon & Tues", it gave my wife and I a childlike excitement because we had enough change to get a warm meal. We ordered 2 Happy Meals and the woman charged us full price. I asked her, "why aren't they $3.99 like the big sign says outside?" She says, "Oh that's not until tomorrow"... ummm but tomorrow is Wednesday ma'am!!

I did not say this to her because I felt ashamed that I was struggling to buy my wife and I a couple Happy Meals. So we quickly panicked and between 2 debit cards we were able to pay the full amount.

Isn't this false advertisement? I'm pretty disappointed and I think that employee should know what day of the week it is, especially when it should have been the 2nd evening the deal was running. Oh well I guess!! I just think it's important to follow through with your deals, especially when you invested in a big ol...
