The service was horrible - I ordered my breakfast and a side of bacon. The waitress asked me about allergies ( I’m allergic to everything but manage ) I told her the just of them and told her not to worry. I got my breakfast without the side of bacon when I asked for it she said I couldn’t have it because the tongs touched the eggs and bacon. I told her cross contamination wasn’t an issue. She explained that I was making the chef “Sweat” and I wasn’t getting my bacon when I asked why he wouldn’t make me some separate without cross contamination the waitress just walked away and brought us the bill. I would have never sat down to eat there knowing that they just wouldn’t flat out serve me. I’ve been dealing and managing my allergies my whole life as I grew up in decades where no one cared and my allergies were my problem. It was 30$ for a piece of toast with some ricotta and tomatoes. I paid and left the...
Read moreAlways a great lunch choice. Food is a bit on the pricier side for breakfast/lunch, however even though the serving size looks small the quality is amazing and it does fill you up. I had ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and the salty ricotta toast and everything was amazing. I had forgotten to ask for my latte to be iced (totally on me), but even then it was probably one of the best ones I’ve ever drank!
The service is very warm and welcoming. We went in Mother’s Day weekend with no reservations, but the hostess accommodated us with only a 15 minute wait. They have an excellent waitlist system so you don’t need to stay in the restaurant, they will send you a text to let you know your table is ready. Overall, an excellent choice if you’re looking for a reliable place to eat a healthy and...
Read moreHonestly, the only reason I’m giving 2 stars for the food is the pricing! It was very tasty but nevertheless, it was ridiculously expensive for what is was. I’m siting there a cafe type of place and I’m paying the price of a high end restaurant! Makes no sense. And the worst, is the kids menu. 12$ for a tiny grilled cheese with no sides and not even a drink! Is it normal to pay almost 100$ for 1 adult and 2 kids at a cafe? Yes the place is super nice, the ambiance is great and the service too. But come on. I get that every meal now is 20$ and up regardless of what it is, even for a stupid croissant. But if you’re gonna have kids menu, own it and give them something more than a tiny square grilled cheese on a marble platter no one cares about. And don’t charge 6$ for a lemonade....
