Ganesh Party Palace — Local services in Montreal

we organized a big event of nearly 85 people at Ganesh Party Palace and booked the hall from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m.

The owner - RAM kept changing times and never stays within what he said.

1. To start with, we paid for all of our guests, and he even told us that we will be able to bring the food home. at the end of the event, he said that he never told us that- so we didn't get to bring the food that WE paid home.

2. we were told at the begining that we would have the hall for until 3 a.m. two week prior to the event, he said 2 a.m. Then on the day of the event, he said that we must leave for 1 and that the hall must be empty by 2 a.m. That was very discouraging and sad given that we had to push guests out..

3. He never lets you talk when you try to confront him. He always says : " i never said that and walks away..."

We were thankful at first that we were given a good price per person to host the event, but at the end, he played us so bad that even I gave up on trying to talk it out.

I suggest that whoever decides to get his hall, DO NOT forget to write down a contract and make him sign it!!

He is all for money, and playing people.

We hired Ganesha to cater our wedding ceremony. With Kajan (owner) you not only get catering but also someone who will give you crucial advice and will also help coordinate the wedding preparations for no additional cost other than his own willingness to help put together an issue-free day.

The food was AMAZING. Our guests kept asking who provided the morning of and lunch food and were pleasantly impressed. They offer live appam which was a hit considering people came back for second and thirds. He also offers plenty of options in his package which other caterers don’t. Super happy with our choice.
