Visited on Friday night. Good beer list and nice space but unfortunately the staff seemed uninterested in providing the service that they were asking min 18% gratuity for. No cutlery given with food, no water offered. Majority of staff seen on their phones completely disconnected from customers. Customers who might want cutlery or water with their food.

I had 3 beers during our visit and the second had off flavors so i politely told our server that I didn’t think the beer was what I ordered. She took offense and assured me it was the right beer. I explained that style of beer shouldn’t be that bitter or have a slick mouth feel. She seemed annoyed and asked if I wanted something else but left the beer in front of me. Finally another server took the almost full glass away.

When I received my bill I was charged for the beer that wasn’t consumed. I asked the server to confirm that she had charged me for the beer I didn’t drink. Assuming it was a mistake, and that they had forgotten to remove it. (Never mind investigate whether their lines needed to be cleaned or if the beer had off flavors). The server then explained that they “normally charge” but would remove it from my bill. The second server came over and said the same thing.

A truly bizarre experience in...

My daughter & I finished a whale watching tour & wanted to find supper near the waterfront so we could pick up ice cream on the waterfront before heading to our room. It didn't take us long to walk there, although it didn't feel like a super safe area for 2 ladies to be walking.

We chose a table outside & our server asked what we'd like to drink. When we said water, she almost rolled her eyes/seemed annoyed. We ordered our food. It was delicious. Our server didn't once come to check on us or see if we were doing alright. We paid for our food & as we left, someone (I'm assuming the chef/owner??) called out to us from the kitchen & thanked us for coming. I really appreciated that since we had such a negative experience with the server. They should definitely hire some new serving staff, because the kitchen staff & food were...

This place was a great place to meet a friend I hadn't seen for a long while! The selection of drinks was top notch and recommendations from the server helped me choose a great drink! And those perogies were delicious!

Only downside for me: the sliders on the menu don't tell you that it's a combo of beef and pork. As a person who is a allergic to pork, this could have been a disaster. There was no mention on the menu or when I ordered. The only reason I discovered this fact was because they came back pink, which I was assured that it was okay because of the pork! I am just writing this review for anyone who doesn't eat pork so they are aware.

I will definitely be back to try other drinks and items...

We came here for their food (so we cannot comment on the drinks). This place has great reviews so maybe it’s more about the drinks. The service was pretty good and friendly. It’s a quiet town during the time we visited, so very few places were open. Sad to say the food was just ‘passable’. The chowder was missing some serious flavor, so I had to ask for some table salt (I am really not the type that likes to salt my food). The meatball poboy was alright. It’s possible my expectations were too high before entering.

The kind of food you have to wait to devour. You can tell Craft Fare is a popular spot. Its simple design, simple comfort food, and assortment of craft beer makes it a great spot for a drink or for dinner. The food is fantastic, but be careful, the food is delicious and comes out piping hot. The temp kept me from eating it as fast I wanted, and that's not a complaint. If you want a great spot to chill, check it out, order the Mac and Cheese and try not to burn your tongue.

Charcuterie was fantastic! Excellent selection of cheeses: smokey, spicy, and herby. Lovely meats and goodies. Selection was perfect — 14 beers on tap plus 2 ciders, and a good variety of eats. We also got the veggie po-boy — fresh and tasty. Feedback for the kitchen: the baguette in the charcuterie was a tad dry and stale. I would suggest a light toast on it to make it excellent. Everything else was absolutely wonderful.
