Greco Pizza — Restaurant in New Brunswick

order 2x 12-inch pizza and 2L pop for the supper for the delivery last night, e-mail sent to me said pizza is out for delivery, so I sit at the stairs and wait since is split entrance. waited an hour no pizza comes. so I give them a call.

the cashier was nice but no idea what is going on, then she hands over the phone to either shift superior or manager.

once the 2nd person takes over, said the driver was there but nobody answers the door, I told him I was basically waiting by the door. then he said the pizza delivered but nobody answer the door, pizza is here you can come to get it. and will not cook me another pizza

so he wants me to go there to pick up an hour old pizza even I paid for delivery, of course, I said no, I am not going down to pick up an hour old pizza, and I would like a refund if the food is not delivered.

he said, no can't do because the driver is already there, the order can't refund is not their fault. I said I pretty much wait by the door. then he asks me to need a few mins then walks away, come back he said the driver was there and even called me, I said I notice when I go back to my bedroom to get my cellphone to call them.

and he now gives me 2 options, either go there pick up those cold pizzas or store credit, I replied I don't want either I am hungry but I don't want cold pizza.

and then he told me that is the options I have, take it or not is up to me.

at this point, I am getting very upset and no longer have mood for pizza, so I ask him again I paid for delivery and I need to go down to get those cold pizzas? he then offers me if I do give me a $5 coupon. once again I said no if cold pizza I want a refund.

he then tells me once again no refund either take it or leave it as store credit. so I don't really want to deal with this person anymore. I said I really don't want cold pizzas if you don't want to refund I will just have to call my bank.(because I paid for it online)

PS, don't pay online if you have the happen as I do, they will not refund you, and I am pretty sure they knock on the wrong door. or skip me since i didn't answer the phone as on the charging station in the bedroom, and as I am sitting at the doorway stairs wait...

Would give less than one star if I could because I didn't even get any pizza.

We ordered a party pizza and a small cheese and mushroom for delivery and when it came, I was about to take a bite of the small cheese and mush and I saw a piece of sausage. After looking at the rest of the pizza, I saw there was quite a bit. Now I know mistakes happen, so we called and let them know it was for a vegetarian and they said they would make us another one. Great. Then we waited for them to come back, which took forever. We switched pizzas and as the delivery guy was about to leave, I noticed sausage on the new pizza. So we waved the delivery guy back and explained. He offered us a refund and said he would be back. We decided to call ahead of him because of course we were angry. This time, they were rude on the phone. One lady said she made the pizza and knew there was no meat on it. Then she put us on hold to go check the pizza and what do you know, there was meat. March 16th 2016. I purchased a Pizza and Garlic Fingers. The deal of the day. This was the first time eating any thing from this Greco location. And i was un sure about doing so as I have had bad experiences with the Greco on Main Street in Fredricton. The Garlic Fingers were all raw in the center and soggy. Not fit to eat. The Pizza was not as raw as the Garlic Fingers in the center but was somewhat uncooked and still half raw. Being hungry and not wanting to have to leave the Hotel to return the food that's was not cooked properly. We ate what we thought was eatable. Turns out it was not eatable as I found myself praying to the porcelain gods at 2am. It made me really sick to my stomach and I ended up throwing it all up. They were nice enough to give me a huge stack of napkins with the order so I had some ting to clean the mess up with. Needless to say I well never purchase food from this location or any other Greco again. And suggest if you do to check and make sure it is...
