Probably the worst tim hortons in a 2 hour radius. Entered the building for around 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes
Someones order was messed up THREE TIMES (was literally just a coffee) Another person didn't even receive what they asked for My order was also made incorrectly
It wasn't even busy.
I'm not one to complain when my order comes out wrong, I'll usually just take what I receive and live with it. But when my order is messed up every single time It gives me a sour opinion of a place. Also their wait times are insane, 25 minute drive through in the afternoon with only 1 other car ahead of me which typically leads to me being late for stuff.
I recommend just going to the one down at the mall even if it takes another 5 minutes to get there because I guarantee it's faster anyways, and the manager clearly doesn't care here.
2 Stars and not 1 however because regardless of poor service, I can respect that the employees are likely trying their best and I understand the stress they go through. Not sure if there's 2 managers but a manager needs to quit slacking so much.

I ordered this through drive-thru, so I had to get out of my car and go inside the restaurant to request a hot decafe coffee. After getting my second decafe coffee, it was still cold-luke warm. I went back into the restaurant and requested a hot decafe coffee, freshly brewed. The staff smiled and laughed. I requested a supervisor, and the staff said the coffee would be ready soon. I requested a manager, and the staff said she's in the back. I asked for the manager to come speak to me. The manager blamed the issues on the coffee machine, but no apologies or refunds or anything was offered. I received my hot coffee after 15 minutes and multiple requests for a proper coffee. Read moreIt's my favorite coffee. I always use the app to try to reduce wait time when I arrive. Most of these franchises are clean, organized, and nicely decorated. Abundance of employees working during peak hours ro reduce wait times t the drive throughs. Inside service is a different story. Restigouche Rd, Oromocto, especially. Open the 2nd checkout. Drive through staff climbing over each other while the service inside is consistently slow due to limiting operations to 1 staff member to provide service to all customers. The line up in the store doesn't block vehicle movement in the streets. I get it. However, open a second checkout inside, and more people would be willing to go in to pick up their coffee, etc. It's known to be slower inside. Also, slow down the digital menu's inside.
