House of Dough — Restaurant in New Minas

Bought an 18 inch pizza there with no cheese or meat. Menu said price of an 18 with meat and cheese plus 3 toppings was 20.79. ours somehow came to 32 dollars and keep in mind meat and cheese are the most expensive toppings and we didn't get them. The cashier was a rude and arrogant older woman. When we got our pizza home and went to eat it we noticed that it must have been sitting on some heat source in the box because cardboard from the box was stuck to the bottom of the pizza crust. The slices were very flimsy and impossible to pick up without losing all the toppings. The sauce was very spicy and unappetizing and the whole pizza became very soggy within an hour of getting it. Ordered a large pizza and was told it would be ready in 30-35 minutes if I picked it up. So I left my house after 35 minutes knowing its a Friday night and would probably be busy. When I got there I was told it would be another 10 or so minutes and Was given my donair sause for free because it was not ready which was fine and nice of them to do. I then sat there and waited another 40 minutes before my pizza was finally ready, I took it home and the usual dough ball was not there and it was so hard and over cooked I might as well have got it from the grocery store for a couple dollars .
