Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Tecumseth

Went to dominoes tonight and order dinner and plus order the specialty chicken barbequ bites as they were making our food, we watched the girl cut our chicken nuggets in half and they call it a 12 piece chicken. She literally cut our chicken in half with a pair of scissors. Who knows if those things are sanitary which is beyond disgusting if you ask me and how is it honestly a 12 piece chicken when they cut 6 whole pieces in half and call it a 12 piece. I even confronted the guy behind the counter about it saying that you're still short six pieces and he was arguing with me like no we are not then I asked him straight out. I'm like you're literally telling me that you're taking chicken and cutting in half and calling it a 12 piece one you're technically ripping people off six whole pieces and you're paying $11for this. last time I remember one whole chicken piece is one whole chicken piece not cut in half to make 2 pieces then the worker agrees with me saying I am right. So whatever you do, don't order the chicken because if you're ordering the 32 piece for 43.99 technically you're only getting 16 pieces cut in...

This domino's was a really good location but has lately been lacking in quality and extremely lacking in service.

I went into the store. There was a mom with her 2 kids who were standing in the designated spot so I went to the next designated spot to stand. 2 employees looked right at me but couldn't say hello. The one female employee went to the back well the other male was just looking at the pizza that were on the side awaiting pick-up. My pizza was ordered and prepaid on the app. I was able to see my pizza but had to stand there for about 8 mins unit the female came back, she looked at me then turned around and started stacking boxes. I went over and asked for my pizza, she handed it to before she quickly ripped it out my hands asking if I paid. I said yes look at the box. After a good 10 seconds of her looking at the box she realized it was paid and shoved it back into my hands. Couldn't even say enjoy or say have a...

If you order here, make sure you check that your food is correct before leaving the store. If you're getting delivery, just cross your fingers.

Domino's Pizza was my first job, and I have a lot of fond memories working there. It's a big part of why I find my experiences at this location so incredibly frustrating. They never get my order correctly, and just apologize over and over when I ask for them to fix it.

I don't want your apologies, I want you to read the order correctly. This is a rural area, I'm not about to spend another 20 minutes of my time and gas to drive all the way back out to fix your mistake. I'll just go to Johnny's next time.
