Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New Tecumseth

My family and I have always loved Pizza Hut. It holds a special place for my husband because his brother worked at one years ago, and the quality has stayed just as good since then. We come to this location often, and it’s always a great experience.

The pizzas are always fresh and tasty — my husband usually goes for the Meat Lovers, my son loves the Pepperoni, and I switch between Veggie on the pan crust or Chicken Lovers. We’ve honestly never had a bad pizza here. The one time there was a small mistake, the team fixed it right away and even let us keep the extra pizza, which was so nice.

The restaurant is always clean and bright, the staff are friendly, and parking is never an issue. We usually order online for pickup, but today I came in and the manager took the time to walk me through their catering menu. I didn’t expect that, but it really showed how much they care about their customers.

Overall, this location has great service and food we can always count on. It’s a family favorite and we’ll keep coming back. Big thanks to the manager and team here for always taking...

Best Pizza Hut in the World!!!! Best customer service ever!!! The pizza is always amazing and they are so friendly. I places an order for pick up, shortly after 4:20pm.....I fell asleep accidentally lol, and woke up two hours later. Called them, explained what happened, they kindly placed another order for me to pick up. When I get to the store they ask me if I would like to keep the pizzas from earlier that I never picked up!!!! The ones I fell asleep on and hit was My fault I didn’t pick them up!!! They still rewarded me with the extra pizzas free of charge!!!! So now I’m sitting here chilling with 4 pizzas!!!! The two from earlier are perfectly fine as well and delicious. They’re over 2 hours old as well. Amazing!! Nicest, kindest, bestest, and most delicious Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too. I’m 420 friendly and lived all over Canada, been to a lot of Pizza Hut locations, Pizza Hut Alliston is the best and my favourite!!! From the moment I walked in the building, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the team working there.

My order was taken quickly and efficiently, and the food arrived in no time at all. The pizza was fresh and delicious, with just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings to make my taste buds dance. And the breadsticks, a personal favorite, were soft and buttery, and came with an amazing dipping sauce.

But what really sets Pizza Hut apart is their dedication to customer service. Hemish and everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure my experience was perfect. I really felt like I was part of the Pizza Hut family.

Overall, I cannot recommend this Pizza Hut enough. Whether you're in the mood for a classic pizza, some amazing breadsticks, or anything else on their menu, you're guaranteed a delicious meal and top-notch customer service. Thank you Hemish and the rest of you at Pizza...
