I don't know if the manager of this Tim Hortons restaurant, praises the act of no common sense or 0 respect between employee and customer, or lack of cleanliness and whatnot, but it's really got to stop. Maybe perhaps nobody who works there ever reads their Google reviews carefully, because it's like their brains can't function or could never put two and two together just so they will not give their customers a hard time. But instead they just neglect their services, move to the next customer, and pretend that the customers can fix the employee's mistake on their own. Nobody is expected to be 100% perfect at doing what needs to be done as a Tim Hortons employee but couldn't they put themselves in their customers shoes and think of possible ways to ensure the customers satisfaction?
This specific restaurant is so notorious for their unacceptable behaviors and services. I'm truly convinced that they don't have the time to improve neither do they care if they're performing so poorly with their jobs. I tend to make visits here to see if there's any improvements but it seems like it's been the same regardless of how many complaints that they receive.
Really recommend to make your money's worth if you pay a visit to the other locations like in Alliston or Beeton.

Read moreWas in the drive thru on Oct 20th at around 6 am and was told to pop the curb of one of the entrances to exit the drive thru as a van was blocking the exit.
The business should have arranged a tow truck to take the van away and keep the drive thru closed while the exit was blocked. Not tell customers to pop the curb.
I was obviously frustrated and freaking out a little as I was on my way to work and it did reflect in my tone, but I did not use foul language or call anyone any names. I was a little frantic but only asked for solutions. The employee while calm in tone, accused me of being verbally abusive to him when all I asked was how am I supposed to get out. And upon being told to pop the curb, informed him that my car is a lease and the underbody would be damaged if I popped the curb given how high the curb was in relation to the the lane.
He said again to pop the curb and went back inside.
Thankfully, another customer saw the exchange and helped me reverse my car all the way to the back of the drive thru to get out. Luckily no other cars entered the drive thru during that time.
It is completely unprofessional and inappropriate to run the drive thru when the lane is blocked and expect people to just pop up onto the pedestrian entrance to leave. Next time call a tow truck and close the drive thru until the...
Read moreI went into the location today and placed my order. I then received the incorrect order and when asked to change the order they preceeded to tell me that I will need to pay yhe difference. This is not how customer service works. You made the mistake, now make it right. The guy on the cashier did not speak English well enough to take my order properly which is fine but don't put that guy on cash. Have him doing something that doesn't directly interact with the public. I go to this Tim Hortons multiple times a week and expect better in terms of customer service. Side note to all of this I went inside and they clearly need to be retrained on how to keep it clean behind the counter. Everything was just covered in food particles and spilt drinks. And I am not talking about the area where the actual food is made or put together. I am talking about counter space. It's really not a good look.
Update concerning reply: it is concerning that this is seemingly an automated message but I have also already spoke with corporate and requested that the owner...
