I never write on these but I was so extremely unhappy with the service we received tonight that I had to post. We ordered at 5:50, went to go pick it up 2 times each time we were told another 20-30 mins. The second time the “boss” suggested we should cancel our order. The only thing my daughter wanted for her birthday dinner was Chinese food. 8:30 we are still waiting. You have served dozens of walk in’s and more. Why can’t you complete 1 order. The guy on the phone didn't know what was in the beef show mein so ordered it anyways and ended up with the wrong thing. Then 30 minutes after I ordered it I got a call saying that my card didn't work (which worked 10 minutes later at pizza pizza) had to go through two different cards and alot of attitude from the guy I was speaking to and said he would call back if the card didn't work. I said okay he said okay then hung up before I even said bye. Very disappointed in the service, however the food is usually good when I get what I actually want, and my sister enjoys...

This was the worst excuse for Chinese food I have ever encountered in my LIFE…and I’ve had some pretty average (basic ‘Canadianized’ fast food) Chinese that--for what it was--still hit the spot. Zero flavour, pale food that simply demonstrated that the person cooking in this take-out joint likely has no tastebuds and probably can’t cook any kind of fresh-food meal other than to chop and heat.The only reason I actually consumed this food was because there were veggies in it and I had paid for it.
