This place must be avoided. They are the worst in customer service, completely disorganized and do not honour each other’s promises to customers. They delivered less than a third of our order by Uber, realized they didn’t send over the rest of the order and didn’t bother to call the driver back, then told us to figure it out through Uber for refund. Then as an apology the manager from Sept 20 at 9 pm told us to come by the store the day after or any time at the end of the week to get the entire order made fir us again free of charge. We did as advised and the manager who called himself the owner disrespectfully told us to figure it out through Uber again and that because the other manager shouldn’t have made such a gesture, he will refuse to honour it. He refused to even open up the note / file left by the previous night’s manager. This is not about the free food promised whatsoever but the utter disrespect for customer’s time and trust in the business, as well as the irresponsibility in accepting their fault and remedying it. It was not Uber’s fault but their own which this owner refused to accept and turn us away in the most disrespectful manner. In addition to this I am still calling the store this very minute for literally the 20th time to get the name of the previous night’s manager in order to file a BBB complaint- AND NO PICKUP. I will make sure this business learns from this in one way or another, and hope that others will choose a business more deserving of support during...

I thought I'd try out a and w after a loooong time not eating there. I ordered the bistro uncle burger and onion rings. I also got a large root beer. When I saw how much it came to I was shocked. 18.00! I can go other places, save a full 5.00 and get (what ended up being) a way better value.

I started with the onion rings and found they were over salted and were actually kind of hard to eat. I think I finished 4 or 5 of them before I couldn't stomach it.. As for the burger... I was advised at the counter that the real burger I ordered would take too long so would I prefer to have a double burger done the same way..... ...... Umm.. Ok? So I get the food and my "large" drink and ask them how come it was so expensive? The drink is most places medium... But that's their large, onion rings, a burger I didn't ask for.... And it's 18.00? I just wanted to know why?

The answer I recieved was "sorry our prices are too high sir...."

Not what I asked and kinda rude. I ended up throwing out the rest of the onion rings and over half a burger. For some reason there was a bamboo like shard mixed in with the (back yard weed) lettuce they used... Not tasty. So, worst almost 20.00 I've spent on food.

Anyway, long story short... Last time...

Going here, you would not believe it was fast food! We have been coming here for years and every single time, the staff are the friendliest, loveliest humans on earth, the food is fast, but seriously fresh, and the experience is just so pleasant! We were recently there and the staff came over and wiped down our table and brought us our food and checked in on us, you would have thought it was more of a dining restaurant, than fast food joint! And as much as we love the food, we would really like to put ALL the emphasis on the staff. This is NOT an easy job, especially in the past two years, and they seem to do it with grace, kindness, and ease (and I’m sure some days it’s hard to do this), so thank you so much! Highly recommend this...
