Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Newmarket

This place is terrible, the food took forever and one of the employees said the fryer was “busy” it was outrageous and then the other employee came and said I could get fries, i was so confused and the fries took 20 mins!!!!! Don’t come here ever this costumer service SUCKS, it has been about five minutes since ordering and the employees rush the food and go on their phones and talk to people while working !!! I saw this lady waiting 30 minutes for pizza while this other lady order 20 mins after getting hers way faster, they don’t care about any costumers and are so rude or laugh when people order, they aren’t mature, go someone where else for pizza if you come here you will regret it. Btw the lady is still waiting for her pizza 😡😡😡😡 They even have no employees, only 2 !!!!! I ASKED FOR A CUP AND THEY GAVE A SINGLE , they lie and don’t listen to your order, don’t trust them 🤬🤬🤬😤😤😤😤 still sitting eating in here and the women working is so rude and screaming at the other employees!!! Today, I visited your location and ordered the Half Moon Cheesy Bread and Jalapeño Poppers. Having been to other locations multiple times, I was shocked by how poorly this visit went.

First, the employee taking my order repeatedly insisted that the Half Moon Cheesy Bread was just garlic bread with cheese, despite me correcting him at least four times. He refused to acknowledge my clarification, which was frustrating.

To make matters worse, I watched this same employee go into the kitchen without washing his hands, grab a loaf of bread from the fridge, and proceed to make my order. When I tried again to clarify that the Half Moon Cheesy Bread is made with what appears to be pizza dough—not regular bread—he still insisted I ordered garlic bread.

This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply concerning due to the lack of proper hygiene. Watching the same person handle cash and then prepare food without washing his hands was alarming.

Never in our lives have we been so disrespected by an establishment... No longer will we be buying pizza from Pizza Pizza. First- the MANAGER got our order wrong and than made us buy our right order after he messed up. Second- three young boys bought a LARGE Pizza. The manager than gave the boys a medium pizza after charging them the large. He argued and told the boys they ordered wrong. That is when my mom stepped in and asked for our receipt and asked for the boys receipt as well. Third- a gentleman came in with his on line order and they AGAIN messed up. his order was over 20 minutes and the manager tried to make him pay for his it even with the 'if it's over 20 minutes it's free'. FOURTH- my mom, still waiting for the manager to give the receipt asked again for both ours and the young boys, the manager told her 'HERE IS THE TRASH YOU CAN LOOK THROUGH IT' We were discussed with his attitude towards every guest in the restaurant. YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PIZZA PIZZA. NEVER WILL WE GO BACK! We did contact corporate and have put a complaint in... hope this helps any...
