Mr Dumpling — Restaurant in Newmarket

First time was good, food tasted ok with proper portion, second time i got the same thing which was Chilly Chicken and Steamed Rice, it had four very small pieces of chicken and the rest was rice and onions. The Tangy Pineapple Pork was mostly batter, i have had this before and i know it was over loaded with batter. Can't blame it on the cook because it the same cook that works there all the time. Was very disappointed, will not be buying from there again. Its to bad because it was close by my home and i wanted to make it my spot for Chinese food. Sorry Mr.Dumpling but your portions suck. Taste was 5 out of 10. No consistency in taste or portions at all. My personal over all rating...

Yesterday we had a staff dinner at our store to thank everyone for going above and beyond during the COVID craziness. We went in to Mr. Dumpling the other day to see if they could accommodate our request for many individual orders (not wanting to share dishes given our current state of social distancing). The young lady at the counter was beyond gracious and took all our information then so when we called our order in on Sunday the address, etc. Would be there. We placed our order at noon and asked for delivery at 6pm. Not only was the food delivered right on time, it was all still steaming hot and really delicious. Thank you Mr. Dumpling for service...

We used to order for Mr. Dumpling atleast once a week. We recently ordered and because we live in an apartment building with no buzzer we ask them to please call us when they're here. After we ordered we waited for almost 2 hrs so we decided to give them a call to see what was going on. I simply asked what was going on with our order and the lady began yelling at me! Stating that their driver was outside our building waiting for 2 hrs. I tried to tell her that it must of been the reception on my phone because I never recieved any calls. She proceeded to keep yelling at me and said she "was sick of us". I'm so disappointed. Never ordering from...
