Hi, I am a regular at this location. when I arrive to the restaurant at 1235pm on Tuesday, April 15 I was waiting for long to be served. it looked like the man who was serving me just washed his hands and used his pants to dry them off. 🤢 He put on gloves to make my food and I told him my same order I get for my siblings, kids quesadilla with apple juice. My siblings don't like salsa I substitute for another sauce. the man informed me that he cannot serve me because I am not a child and I cannot change the sauce. I informed him I am a regular and I order the same thing all the time. he did not want to complete the order. therefore when I asked for him name, he refused to give it to me. he did not wear a name tag so I did not know what to do. he started yelling at me. he finally gave me my order but in my order I informed him that kids quesadilla comes with chips. he never gave me the chips nor did he wrap my food in the foil to stay warm. Their booths are old, faded, and dirty looking. Even their mats when you walk in are old and dirty. Small things like this make customers not want to return. Invest in your business and do not let it get run down. This is the problem with a franchise. One owner gives the rest of them a bad rep.
I knew that I should’ve just walked right out after seeing the condition of the restaurant, but I was hungry and decided just to order a chicken burrito. Nothing about the burrito was fresh. Dry chicken mushy rice. My own fault for not listening to my gut.

Read moreI’ve had mixed experiences at this restaurant, depending on the location. One time, we visited a different branch and were met with really disappointing service. The guy working there was rude and clearly didn’t want to deal with us—probably because we were his last customer. We were just a bit short on money, but instead of working with us or showing any kind of understanding, he flat-out refused to serve us. The way he handled it felt cold and unkind.
But then we came to this location, and it was like night and day. The woman working here was amazing! We were also her last customer, but she treated us with such kindness and warmth. She even gave us a free drink, which was such a small gesture but meant a lot, especially after the way we were treated before.
Shoutout to her for restoring our faith in this place. Her attitude really made a difference. I just wish all the staff across locations had the same...
