I recently ordered the Classic Fried Chicken (Bone-in, 8pcs) and was quite disappointed with the portion sizes. While the seasoning and flavor were excellent, the actual pieces of chicken were extremely small, with many consisting mostly of bone rather than meat. It appeared as though a single leg had been divided into eight pieces, which did not align with expectations for a standard 8-piece order.
Having dined in twice before, I previously had a great experience with both the food and service, making this experience particularly surprising. Unfortunately, the lack of substantial chicken portions made it difficult for my family to enjoy the meal.
Moving forward, I would recommend more transparency regarding portion sizes and ensuring that an 8-piece order includes a balanced selection of drumsticks, thighs, breasts, and wings. As a customer, I want to feel confident that I am receiving a fair and satisfying meal. Based on this experience, I would only consider ordering wings in the future, as they are easier to identify.
I appreciate the quality of the seasoning and preparation, but I hope this feedback helps improve portion consistency for...
Read moreI had high expectations after reading other reviews, and I don’t know if I just didn’t order the right foods but the food was super disappointing. I ordered take out and the 2 employees were kind and polite. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice as well. My husband got the boneless soy garlic with cheesling fries and I got the cheesling bone in chicken because the best seller ( I believe the crispy chicken? ) was sold out and I didn’t want a saucy chicken. I also got the secret fries. I thought I was getting chicken wings but I got chicken pieces (maybe miscommunication). The chicken looked and tasted like it had kraft dinner cheese coated on it. The chicken was juicy but the coating was not my cup of tea and I couldn’t eat it. I did enjoy the secret fries though, they were pretty good. My husband liked the cheesling fries, but thought it was over seasoned. He didn’t like his soy garlic boneless chicken, he was expecting boneless chicken wings with white meat and was disappointed by the mixed white and dark meat chicken pieces. I tried it and didn’t mind it. Honestly for $60 it was not worth it, and we unfortunately...
Read moreI'm sharing my shock from yesterday. I ordered two fried chickens, but there was a deal that gave me a $2 discount, so I changed it. I'm not talking about the size of the chicken being too small or too big, but I got two legs, one wing, and five bones, not even chicken breast. I'm so shocked by the hopeless sales method, and I'm leaving a review to help other buyers. Chickens always come with two wings and two legs. Isn't that true? Thank you for your ridiculous answer. I found out today that you use half a chicken when ordering a whole chicken. And since you have an excellent talent for passing the responsibility to the customer, please keep your duty of notice. When a customer orders a whole chicken, the seller uses half a chicken and marks it as a whole chicken. And the important thing is that when you order two chickens have four legs and four wingns, but you only get two legs and one wing. I hope this fact is widely known to those around you so that your business methods can be properly evaluated. (🐔 = 2...
