Early morning walks in this trail and through the forest are the best part of my day. Variety of trees - birch, pine - tons of ferns, dogwood. Bridges, pond, little creeks. Squirrels, chipmunks, ducks, woodpeckers, dragonflys, frogs, turtles. Some parts paved, some more gravelly, also small paths through the woods. Great for dog walking, stroller walking, bird watching, running… for the runners - you can do a couple loops and get 10k in. Connects to residential streets at multiple points as well as Environmental Park and the Clifford...

Trail is fine, but the better area is the well laid out forest trails running between the paved Kerwin trail and Bathurst are great for easy 'hiking' or just walking. It is also beautiful for Mountain Biking. The rivers have narrow bike bridge and up near the corner between Greenlane and Bathurst there is a Mountain Bike run with some technical challenges. Please respect the trails and remember they can be wet and muddy after big rain. Check out the maps on your phone with ViewRanger or AllTrails is almost as good...

It's a beautiful trail system that is fun to walk. It's children friendly (watch out for hidden tree roots though), and lots of different trail length options. The main trail is a wider paved path. However you can venture into the forest and walk the paths to see the many beautiful flowers, animal and insect life. We walk the trails all throughout the year including the winter. The views are...

We go here often and enjoy the changing seasons. Unfortunately some poop filled bags are tossed which is unnecessary. Garbage cans are provided. Leave footprints only !! Construction is underway to expand the trail. You have options on distance as well. We typically go all the way up and around the pond at Green Lane. Makes for a great walk. Lots of birds , squirrels and the occasional sun bathing snake.
