Coco's Newmarket is my go to! Hands down the best bubble tea spot in the area. The drinks are consistently fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, unless you want it that way! The service is always friendly and fast, and the staff truly know their stuff (especially the staff: Daniel!!!). If you’re not sure what to get, they give great recommendations based on what you like. Whether you're craving a classic milk tea, fruit tea, or something new, they can help the indecisives. This place is super clean space and has efficient service, even when it’s busy. Highly recommend stopping by if you love bubble tea.

Lovely staff and management, at this location! SUPER FRIENDLY and a great sense of humor. Apparently, someone came by to use the bathroom this evening, while I was inside and then ran off in a huff... I read the review he left here, claiming the staff and management have poor English skills... then, I took a look at his other reviews and noticed that he's a rather grumpy fellow and only leaves poor reviews on this platform. Hope Google can do something about people like this causing honest, hard-working people so much trouble.

A new Coco location has opened recently here in Newmarket. I visited it today and was quite impressed by the quality of the drinks and customer service I recieved. They have a very modern and sleek interior much like their partner location in Aurora. I ordered a Strawberry slush and it was very well made and quickly at that. As well as their Aurora location, I definitely recommend checking Coco's out here in Newmarket if you are ever in the mood for some delicious thirst quenching bubble tea.

A new Coco location has opened recently here in Newmarket. I visited it today and was quite impressed by the quality of the drinks and customer service I recieved. this is quite an emotional post for me. This location of Coco has deeply influenced and impacted my life. I was a 50 year-old alcoholic heroine, abusing absent father of four. However, one day I was roaming around the streets after being kicked out of a bar for fighting, I noticed this location open. For my son fifth birthday, I was allowed to finally see him And I wanted to bring him a pink blossom as a birthday present. I brought it home to him, and he said it was the best thing he ever drank, and it mended my relationship with my son. This experience with Coco is Unforgettable. From that moment, I got my life together, and I stopped abusing drugs and alcohol. Coco Has saved my life and I am better than ever thank you. I love you, Coco. You will always be my Number one...

NOT very pleasure mobile order experience plus unprofessional customer service at all. Been waiting for one week no one response, then Coco customer rep. told me that they thought they replied to me already, but the message was still in the draft folder. BTW according to customer service, mobile order will be sending a text message when the drink is ready, who receives the text? I never do. FYI average waiting time during weekend or peak hours are around 20-45 min..... my experience was if you really want a bubble tea at Coco, don't mobile order cause you pre-paid have to wait, however if you walk in, they pretty much basically first come...
