Terrible experience! Even to give a one star rating is too much for this place! Waiters are constantly watching over you as if you might steal something. Once you start to place a second or third order the waiters become short with you. Don't call yourself an all you can eat sushi place if you are going to be cheap with your patrons. They also did not bring out our full orders. We felt very rushed when the waiters kept on asking if we have ordered dessert yet. More than one waiter by the way. It's as if the other one came in to pressure us to finish. Before all of our dessert got to the table the waiter dropped the bill on the table and asked us how we will be paying. I let her know that I wanted to get my ice cream and finish my meal before I even looked at the bill. My ice cream was brought out with the beef we ordered fourty minutes before. I think that was done on purpose so they could charge us extra for not finishing the food. The worst part of the night was how condescending the manager was towards my husband when he came to make sure we were placing a dessert order to get us out of there. He gave my husband a long mean stare down then pointed to his stomach and asked if he was full yet. My husband laughed about it to not cause a scene as we were celebrating a birthday. The manager should look at himself before pointing at other people's stomachs because he has a big one himself along with an unpleasant face! I will be telling everyone I know about this rude and unwelcoming experience. Never have we experienced this kind of behaviour at a place of business/restaurant before and believe me that word of mouth travels fast. If you read the review comments left by the staff for the customers who had a negative experience you can tell how rude they are. Save your time by not going to this place and have the management put you down....

It was our first time here and seeing that it's thanksgiving, we decided to go for food that's better quality. Oh how wrong we were... We ordered 4 dishes for 3 people and the damage done for these very disgraceful food court quality food they claimed to be "fine dining", was $82, discounted to a whopping $74 because we paid cash. With the amount of food that we received and the quality of the food that we got, $40 would have been on the higher end of the price I would be willing to pay for this. Alright, sure, the fried tofu being soggy is normal since I ordered it for takeout, but it was salty to the point where it felt like I was chewing on soggy salt clumps half the time. The shrimp fried rice came with the small frozen already peeled shrimp that you can buy a bag of 40 for less than $10 at any Chinese supermarket. The prawn dish came with only 6 pieces and a full plate of onions that somehow costs $21. Finally, the highlight of the night... Half a duck. That is if you consider half a duck as one that has no wings and breast, then sure, you can call that half a duck. Even then, half the tray of "duck" we got was burnt black and inedible, with a lot of it being random pieces of scrap. The only actually recognizable pieces was the drumstick. I didn't come for Chinese fine dining to eat burnt duck scrap for $25.
I'm giving them 2 stars because ok... Fine, the food is still at a decent food court quality level, and was able to be enjoyed as such.
Will not be visiting again and definitely do not recommend, unless you have disposable cash that you can throw around. At which point, I'd recommend you to spend the money on gas and drive to Markham and almost any restaurant you go there is cheaper and...
Read moreThis is a rating on the behaviour of the manager. He was overly aggressive with my three year old putting his hand on my child's hand when my kid was touching the chop stick holder. That is unacceptable on many levels. You don't touch a child's hand to stop him from doing something , instead you should tell the mother. Secondly, when I was speaking to the gentleman who was taking my order, my kid reached for the soya sauce. The manager LIRERALLY walked SO fast towards the table like he was in a panic h6while I was having a conversation and took away the soya sauce. This time I did speak up and stood up for my kid who didn't even so anything wrong at that point. I said its not necessary for you to be so aggressive towards a child . He began giving me excuses how he didn't want the soya sauce to spill on any of my things That's an obvious lie. He was worried about the presentation and possible spill on the carpet. Don't tell me you are worried about my things or my son please. So literally lying to my face. We felt very unwelcome. The only nice person was the woman who was serving us and have us our drinks and gave the bill. The manager needs training in better customer service for people with kids. Very shocked and a bit disturbed about...
