I politely asked for a fresh burger to be cooked (knowing that for speed of service they pile up a bunch of precooked burgers and reheat them along the way) and that I fully understand there will be a wait while it cooks. After getting attitude from the drive through lady for even asking, around 10 minutes later they bring out to my car what was obviously a reheated burger. Darkened and dried out edges, shrunken rubbery patty, multiple sets of grille marks.
I called customer service and they acted just as put out by the whole thing as the drive through lady, and furthermore denied any knowledge that their burgers are often precooked and reheated; come on... just operate with some integrity, myself nor Bernadette were not asking for anything unreasonable.
Train your franchises and your staff to be welcoming when someone is sharp enough to ask for a fresh burger and execute the request, full stop. If you just took that reasonable approach you wouldn't have people coming on here bringing forward the knowledge to the buying public that you precook your burgers and they sit for who knows how long off to the side getting old...
Read moreI hate the sneaky, unethical upselling that occurs here. I asked for a kids meal with Apple juice as the drink. Looked at my bill afterwards and saw an extra 1.30 on the bill for the apple juice. I went and asked why the charge when Apple juice is supposed to be included in the meal. I got "oh, you wanted the juice box apple juice, we charged you for the large bottle of juice" then offered me to switch it out for the juice box and refund me the difference. I never asked for a larger juice. I asked for the kids meal for a kid with me and apple juice as the choice of drink.
Customer service here was bad and I am not impressed. Also, when the burger was dressed, drink and onion rings in place on tray that was sitting beside garnish station the employ started to help someone else complaining aboit somwthing forgot in their order instead of passing me my order that wad complete first.
Kids meal was also supposed to come with a plant which I had to go back amd ask for. These people need to get there act together with their service and upselling.

Today I was in the drive through with my brother and when we pulled out we realized we were missing an order of fries, which neither of us were concerned about so I just headed back in to let them know.
When I let the girl at the front know she grabbed me the missing order of fries and apologized, thought out this I remember hearing someone say throw in an apple pie and I did not think anything of it since I did not order one , and to my surprise they were talking about my missing fries which went and beyond.
This was not needed, I was never upset or annoyed and can understand things get missed but it shows ownership and staff at this location truly care and are the reason why I come to this location every time when I’d like to buy a...
