Jugo Juice — Restaurant in Newmarket

I was really excited to order from this place! Uber offered buy one get one so I thought, PERFECT great time to give it a try. boyyyyyyyy was I disappointed.. the "over night oats" .. was basically almond milk, a scoop of protein powder (on top) and a tea spoon of oats. "carrot cake Chia pudding" you think shredded carrots .. noooooooooo literally chunks of baby carrots in it lol. Banana chia.. which shows layered and also not chocolate arrived frozen, chocolate and two slices of banana on top.

The turkey and cranberry grilled cheese.. was literally a slice of bread, one slice of turkey, "fake cheese" and this weird not cranberry sauce on it.. came soggy (I know more of Ubers fault not theirs) but still not good or as expected.

I did also get a mango smoothie.. which I will say was really good!

Unsure how they can classify themselves as a smoothie joint. Got the Summer Strawberry smoothie. Looking at how it was being made I knew it wasn’t worth the $10+tax. The “ingredients” all come out of a machine which just means it’s all a bunch of flavours that come in a plastic bag and get dumped into that machine. The texture was that of a slushie, not a smoothie. The flavour was actually awful. Decided to take it home anyways and try to fix it with real ingredients. Will never return, and further would NEVER recommend this joint. Was excited when it popped up as I thought it would be similar to Freshly Squeezed, or even Booser Juice....

This is now my 2nd time entering Jugo Juice, I was provided a NSC discount which I showed them but had to wait 15 minutes for them to figure out how to process that discount on their system. All in all I waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks and I will never return. Absolutely horrible service! A little bit of advice don't provide a discount if you don't know how to honor it!
