This Vietnamese restaurant is one of the busiest in Newmarket. We came during labour day around 6:30, and it was packed! This restaurant is usually very busy, especially on a weekend. Coming in, we were lucky there were some spots open, and the server seated us down right away. As time went by, the restaurant had a lineup. Usually they expect that you probably know what to order so they come to you pretty quickly, but they are not rude if you need more time.

There is a variety of food to choose from, such as appetizers, rice dishes, and especially Pho. We wanted to try something else as we tried the Pho before (which was delish!). The food came in around 10-15 mins depending on the dish we ordered, but the appetizer came the fastest. We ordered: Grilled Beef Rice Roll w Peanut Sauce ($5.50): Very refreshing as it is non fried appetizer with a lot of veggies stuffed inside. The beef was very tasty and soft and altogether, the peanut sauce complimented it well. My only complaint was that the beef piece was kind of small. BBQ chicken Breast & Pork Chop w rice ($12.95): Again, the meat was very tasty, and soft, but for the price you're paying for, I find that it was pretty thin. I can honestly say it was more like jerky (as they are thin). BBQ Chicken Breast & Quiche w rice ($12.50): Similarily to the previous dish, I had no complaints about the chicken, except that it was thin. The quiche is essentially a meat pie stuffed with mushrooms and glass noodles which was very tasty. It wasn't thin at all, which made me happy.

Overall, I'd still come back here but maybe I'll get their pho next time as I find they are abit too stingy with the meat portions in the rice...

I've been coming to Pho Fusion for over a decade. I've also had Pho for the past 30+ years across the entire Greater Toronto Area, and hands down, I can say the taste, menu options and above all else, the service, are what keep me coming back. I've dined in this restaurant before their renovations, dined in it after their renovations, and even ordered take out throughout the pandemic. The food here tastes and smells just as amazing today as it did 10 years ago when I first tried the place. I always tend to order the same things because I'm a creature of habit and know what I like - it's either V10 vermicelli with a bunch of bbq meats and vegetables (red onions on the side with pho broth) or rare beef, tripe and meatball pho noodle soup. The food is always amazing but let me tell you about the service.

This family owned and operated business is THE friendliest, most welcoming establishment I have ever been to. They always answer the phone politely and friendly, take your order without making you feel rushed like some restaurants, and they always great you with a smile. I've eaten here so long, they know my order and I've had very little need to list my entire order. For those that have said mistakes were made before, sure, it does happen....at every restaurant and company. However, recovery with flair and professional is key....in 10+ years, I've only had 2 mistakes happen and both times they have been corrected.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant, but I am so glad this place exists and I found it. I highly recommend...

We don’t write reviews ever but with every dish and drink we just had made us think we must write about this hidden gem 💎 in the Aurora area. The FOOD - simply chef's kiss! Our photos don't do it justice - check it out for yourself! No gate-keeping whatsoever.

First off, the mango salad was a whole vibe—crispy, tangy, and so fresh, it had me questioning all my life choices. Next up, the beef pho noodles and BUN BO HUE (a spicy Vietnamese noodle soup that is absolutely addictive and one of the best noodle soups in the world) were perfectly cooked, the broth was rich and savory, like a warm hug for your taste buds. We still cannot believe they have Bun Bo Hue soup on their menu - it is a super authentic dish and one of the most aromatic beef soup ever!! We have tried many beef soups around the GTA but this is hands down the VERY BEST!

Don’t even get me started on the spring rolls and apps— stuffed with fresh herbs and came with this dipping sauce that was literally next level. And to top it all off, we ordered to go some Vietnamese coffee that was both smooth and strong, plus fruity freshly cut avocado and mangos shakes that were the perfect blend of refreshing and sweet - soooo good!

Honestly, this place is a 10/10! It's busy but well worth the wait. Super classy, clean restaurant, great atmosphere and friendly staff. EACH OF US left on a HIGH and super SATISFIED with everything we ordered. We highly recommend and cannot wait...

This has to be the best Pho restaurant I’ve tried. A day before that I was talking to a Vietnamese lady who owns a business (not Pho) about traditional Việt food. She mentioned something about how every kind of noodles should have a unique soup taste & herbs etc The restaurant wall of fame is filled with customers’ reward. However there was a modest vibe & look to it, which I loved. The size isn’t massive which to me is a good thing. They were super generous with their herbs and let me tell you, fans chose them their favorite for a reason: the food tasted soooo yummy. Beef noodles (Bun Bo Hue) & Pho noodles stock tasted distinctly spot on, aka authentic. Two bowls of noodles were full of toppings & aromatic. Shrimp rolls were amazing. Staff were friendly and fast. It had calm and relax atmosphere. I forgot about the price but I think it was reasonable. Not a lot of customers on that day, surprisingly. It is almost small in space though. I’d come back and try other dishes from them. Quite far from where I live but it’s worth the drive ❤️
