*update to my first review. We decided to give this place a second chance today. We ordered a steak sandwich and a Brie sandwich. They were both DRIPPING oil. Like funnelling out of the sandwich making a pool of oil on the plate. The Brie sandwich was supposed to have figs and cranberry jam in it â neither of those ingredients were in the sandwich. $35 for two soggy and sad sandwiches. This definitely solidified my first review. Oh and the service is still extremely slow. 15 minutes for a sandwich. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
First review: We ordered a meatball sandwich, veal sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and Caesar salad to go. Both sandwiches were tasteless, soggy, and oily. Did not enjoy them at all which is a shame especially considering their prices. Salad was meh. Mozzarella sticks tasted old. Service was friendly but super disorganized and really slow. They forgot to put our salad dressing in our to go bag so we had to go back and ask for it. Overall I really donât see what the hype is about, certainly...

Often the coffee is brought to the table without sugar and without spoons to stir. When we request water, no water is brought to the table. At other times, the sugar is already put into the coffee and is either too sweet or not sweet enough! Not sure why there is no sugar dispenser on the table. Another pet peeve is when staff come to clear the table, they seem to invariably only take some or a few of the dishes and leave at least one! As a result, I have reduced my original five star review from one and a half to two years ago down to three stars. Original Review: Great cappuccino and delicious croissants. Their hot table food is really good too. Lastly, the staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable experience. You can choose to eat in or take out. In milder times of the year there is a patio or outdoors eating option in case you are...
Read moreI went in looking for a premade lasagna this past Friday after a very sudden family emergency. Once I arrived, one of the staff who I believe her name was Cassandra. Hopefully I remember that correctly. She asked if I needed any help unknowing of my situation. I asked if she had any fresh lasagnas ready and she said usually you would call ahead but she could check in the back to see if any were ready. After popping in the back by some miracle, she said she had one ready to go. This lasagna ended up being very important over the weekend as we hosted family during a very tough time for everyone. It brought me piece of mind that I didnât have to worry about food while attending to other matters. We got so many comments from friends and family how delicious it was. I would just like to say thank you to Cassandra for your kindness and going the extra mile to help me without knowing my situation. I will be back for more lasagna...
