Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Newmarket

Had a very bad experiences today I was there with my kids for lunch and I bought a drink for my kids with the tuesday special but I didn't buy a drink for me because I don't drink pop I had my water bottle with me I filled it with water and the manager (Imran) told me I wasn't aloud to do that I said okay sorry I didn't know. But when my kids went to refill there drink he said they were not aloud to do refills and I asked him why if it isn't aloud you should have a sign up because other customer were refilling their drinks too He told me because the other customer asked so they're aloud and because other family comes and get one drink and the whole family share and I said we are not doing that I have my water bottle and I can show it to you it's water inside I spent $50 total on food and can't even enjoy my food I felt it was because I am Asian because after I sat down and eating I saw other customer conutinue getting refills more then once and I let him know and he didn't even believe me and not even said a word to the customer because I see other people doing it i told my kid refill your drink and he came to my table and told me this is your kids fifth time filling there drinks why dont you fill your bottles too and invite all your friends and family to come here i cant believe it as a supervisor very rude and unprofessional and also the supervisor and co worker keeps speaking in there own language infront of me and other customer this shouldn't be aloud as a manager not setting a...

Nice interior.. good food.. staff are very polite. I go here instead of KFC or Mary Browns because they are close, food always tastes fresh and is seasoned nicely (also better than Mary Browns, which in itself is better than KFC LOL) and properly.

The only reason for the four star is due to their uber eats menu for ordering. Now I'm not sure if this is the restaurants fault or ubers fault.. if it is ubers fault I will adjust my rating to a 5.. Their ubereats menu still contains the cajun flounder sandwich and chocolate beignets. Last time I ordered it included both of those. About 45 seconds later ubereats took me to this order adjustment page and I had to adjust my order. Which would be no problem, except everytime I tried it got bounced back as sold out. If you are going to run take out through a mobile app, please make sure to update as you run out. It's annoying to the customer if they were expecting said item, and especially if they've already decided on a substitution and then THAT sub turns out to be sold out.. chances are I'm/they (are) going somewhere else and if it happens multiple times.. chances are we won't return. Last time I bought a 12 pieces of chicken here and some of them is too tiny the size is same like my hand finger I feel upset because I paying $40 something then I got that kind of size of chicken! And today I went again to this store and buy a 12 pieces of chicken and I told to the guy who’s in the cashier what happened last time I went here in a nice way and ask him that give me the big and same size chicken but he didn’t response and he didn’t apologize about what happened last time when I receive my order the lady I think she’s the manager she give me a attitude and the way she look at me she look like upset to me because I complain about what happened last time and when she give my order she didn’t say anything not even thankyou and she didn’t smile so I take my order and leave when I came home when I open the box and look at the chicken some of them again is so tiny I’m so mad! The chicken is so expensive then I just got this kind of tiny chicken it’s not worth it! They don’t have a good customer service! The staff is so rude!
